If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.

So, we have a choice. Being conscious, from the seat of self, seeing,watching that the mind and heart are absolutely crazy with trying to figure out this puzzle of reasoning on how not to suffer with fears and anxieties and we get caught in that loop of trying to fulfill the answer to a question that has no answer? The crazy mind. That ecstasy,joy and happiness, could be ours everyday, to live in the present moment every second of our life, to appreciate all of life and how we got here. Well I’m over the struggling, I’m using these teaching’s to liberate myself from all the crap.I get better at it everyday. Relax, and let everything go through you. Peace and love

Hang in there. It's easy but at the same time it isn't. Learn to accept things and surroundings, even the weather, that you cannot change -without labeling them as good or bad. This practice alone can take you very far. 🪶🙏🧘🌞

Ha! I FINALLY figured it out after 3 years of listening to him. He is invoking the divine when he says "Jai Guru Dev." But he says it very fast. I always thought it was something like you wrote "Jagarajeff" - thanks for writing what I've been thinking for a few years! ☮🕊🕊☮
