SPEAK out loud 😊🔊 Feels nice now. Thank you for teaching reductions with stunning pictures 🖼️. Learning English and US landmarks. The best of both worlds.
The most useful thing is to help me improve my listening skills! I tried hard to imitate you, frankly, it wasn't so difficult, but saying the sentences like you needs more practice! Teacher Wes I am thankful for your help and thank you so much ❤️!
Thanks, Teacher, for this interesting lesson. As second language learners, it'll take more time to speak the way you do unless we immerse ourselves. It's an advantage for me to watch your videos and listen to a native speaker in order to comprehend American English conversations, especially in conferences.❤
I have been in this chanel for more than 2 years and i'm extremely interesting to become in a memeber and join interactive english it is my opinion that this is one of the best chanel of youtube
Thanks so much for this useful lesson about fast speech To be honest it's so hard to learn fast speech for non native speaker I'm so glad there is teacher Wes posting this lesson I really appreciate yr hard work for doing this
It's so true It's been a challenge to follow conversations and understand all the dialogs in the movies. But thanks Wes, your explanation of reduction speech made so much sense. Especially this gonna and wanna forms!
Hi INteractiveEng! I'm Matthew, a creator focused on accent mastery and language learning. I've been really impressed by your approach to teaching the Standard American accent. I’m reaching out because I think your expertise could greatly benefit my audience. I'd love to collaborate on a recorded Zoom session for my TH-cam channel/podcast, aimed at helping learners improve their pronunciation. If you're interested in exploring this opportunity, please let me know how we can connect. Looking forward to potentially working together!
Mr Wes It's seems to me that i relish speaking American fast speech..so pls upload more quizzes and lessons and more videos/episodes about advanced American fast speech and everything related to accent
Then don't force yourself to watch movies better try to do something else that is in your level cuz movie sometimes could be really difficult even for natives there are lots of movies that requires to put the subtitles on 😂so don't worry.
I'm so sorry I can't watch your live vidio because it's the same time with my bible class... But now i watch this importand vidio...and i will re - watch So i can understand properly Thank you Teacher... 🙇♀️❤
It would be very useful for me to remain a regular subscriber to your channel, but you almost never notice my very small and simple questions in a live chat, which is important enough for me, because exactly live communication in online streams is stored in memory as quickly and deeply as possible. Cheers, anyways 🎉
Thanks for checking out the lesson. If it's a quick question, you can ask me here. During the lessons, I just go straight through and respond to any questions. But perhaps I'll do a Q&A in the future. 👍
I dont want to be unplesant at all cos i like your peach of the lesson BUT this lesson is more how to speak in american English but not to understand I used to translate USA films and i must say that its almost imposible to understand by ears even if you know how it works
Teacher. Were I to speak in spanish how i usually do it, surely nobody would understand my speech. Absolutely. It is why is so difficult understand american films. Nevertheless, good lesson, you are one of the american teacher that i catch you speechess.

13:04 careful. "Ought to do", phonetically, you spelled it [outa], when it should have been [ota]. I don't know whether it matters now given that the video is already edited.
In this case, you would use the contraction 'we are' because it's referring to something in the future. To your point, grammatically, we could use 'Do you know' in order to refer to the present. However, depending on the context of the situation being discussed (if something has already been talked about previously), you may hear someone use the past in saying 'Did you know...' 👍
Your explanations are perfect, but if you make it a little bit faster, it's getting better, but in the conversation repeat should be a little slow please. Thanks a lot
Teacher. This is very important type of exercise, because I can say , living in California that people speak just like that, super fast and with this kind of reductions and links the words super fast. It’s so hard to catch up what they’re saying when they speaking each other.

Hi!
Why is it “did you know we’re not going to finish on time” instead of “did you know we WERE….”?
In this case, you would use the contraction 'we are' because it's referring to something in the future. To your point, grammatically, we could use 'Do you know' in order to refer to the present.
