I think it is but that's why I'm here
Being intoxicated does NOT make you responsible for what is done to you by other people. A real person (man or woman) would not have sex with someone (again man or woman) who is heavily intoxicated while they themselves are sober or not as drunk even if the person does give "consent" under the influnce.
