INGREDIENTS :
500 grams -1 kilo pork pata, cleaned
ginger
onion
garlic
water
red bell pepper
2 pcs. star anise
2 pcs. bay leaves
lemongrass
chopped spring onion
chilli ( optional )
1 pc pork stock cube
salt
ground black pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 can ( 230 grams) pork & beans
2 tbsp salted black beans, drained
1 tbsp cooking oil.
