Re: unhealthy relationships, I think it goes hand to hand with “learning to say no.” You don’t necessarily need to cut off that good person with problems, but you can’t let them weigh you down either and it’s all a matter of setting boundaries. I struggle with this myself since I tend to be more of a “yes” person, but I’ve been learning more and more that it’s ok to love and empathize with people from afar without allowing their problems to sidetrack you. I can relate with that whole introvert/extrovert dynamic.. I'm about 55% introvert, 45% extrovert.... I can be the life of the party or just chill in a quiet area and let others get the attention.
