This went on and on, and I was being very cooperative and patient, until I wasn't. 😠 I finally just told him that this was unfair that they would put me through this for a measly $60 which is nothing to them, but is a lot for me, and that if I do not get my return, I will report them to the BBB. I got an email the very next day saying that they were crediting the amount into my bank account. I told them that I appreciated getting my money back, but that I should never have had to go through all of this in the first place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO YOU NOT RECOMMEND! 😠

I soon realised that when you change modes, the vibrations go back to 1 so need to increase the intensity. The same goes for if you turn it off and on again. I have used the more expensive versions and this works just as well - if not better in some modes - but I travel a lot and am on my feet so needed a more portable version. For those who left reviews saying they couldn't feel anything, I wonder if they increased the intensity enough as all our feet are different.

The back of that round black item (main unit) has two buttons that pop into the top two silver buttons at the top of the pad. I got that right, but I still can't get it to produce any kind of electrical impulses.
