Some verbal explanation would make your video ten times more helpful.

Do you have the tools to lock the injection pump & the camshaft? The injection pump & camshaft "look" like they are close enough to TDC, but it is best to verify with "the tools". If the valves did not get bent, then the only thing left is the Injection pump. Maybe the "high rpm" (from the runaway) caused internal damage to the pump?

I checked with trill bit 15/64. its little tight to get in. but when i checked with light . I can see all the way inside. so you are saying may be pump out of timing ? but little moving back and forth i can insert the bit . but i didn't try. you want me to try the bit is getting inside.

Sajeev Kumar Loosen all injector lines and crank the engine... you might have air in the lines that can not get out. Crank until all injectors ate leaking fuel when cranking. Tighten the injector nuts and try again.
Are you sure that the cam / crank / pump timing is OK?

***** You are, so bright... the car started and runs good . little smoke coming from back of the engine . because i dint change the Exhaust manifold gasket, and gasket between the turbo and exhaust pipe . my be its leaking smoke . there . because i use all old gasket. i am very happy. my next job i need to order gasket . i will change the gasket and i will touch with you . i Need to fill coolant . i got coolant from dealer . i need to mix with water ?

Those 3 bolts should be close to the middle of the "slotted" hole that they go through. The pump alignment looks to be "close enough" to crankshaft TDC... so the engine "should" be able to run. If there is an "internal" problem with the pump, then that could be the reason for the engine not starting.

***** ok . i am working on my turbo . little rusty and hard to take off the bolts. give me some tips to check the pump is working . after making little loose ,the injector bolt that holding the line. if i crank the engine and diesel sprays, thats means pump is working correctly? .To confirm any internal problem .
      thanks.

Sajeev Kumar If you loosen the 17mm fuel line fittings (at the pump or at the injector), fuel should come out (not much) while you are cranking the engine... that only indicates that the pump is sending fuel, it "does not" mean that the pump is able to push the fuel at high enough pressure to open the injectors. You would have to remove and attach an injector to a fuel line and watch if the injector is spraying fuel.

***** O thats true. I have a spare injector with me . i will do that test. I will put some cloth or rag on that injector , when i am cranking .
      Thanks
