Thank you for this insightful video. I am impressed on the hacks for anxiety. Since last few years, i am going thru anxiety and unable to sleep without medication for a few hours due to the tingling sensation in the legs (RLS). As soon as the evening sets in, unknowingly anxiety creeps in whether I will be able to sleep peacefully...I have been suffering from Restless legs syndrome and been on ROPARK medication. I have been able to sleep only for a max 4 hours of continuous sleep.. after that though I am in bed but will not be able to sleep or rest due to a tingling sensation in both the legs... Sometimes I am not even able to lie in bed for while night... And now slowly it is extending to the hands/arms... it is not clinically proven but I am going thru the same symptoms and real difficulties and importantly unable to sleep or rest or lead a healthy life... Pls let me know if there is any remediation.... I have already consulted a couple of Neurologists and their prescriptions have been either Gabapentin, Ropark or Pregablin...
I am not a doctor but I feel that your cure may be in Ayurveda or homeopathy. Also if you learn and practice meditation (I would highly reccomend Art of Living courses) that could be a great help. YOu could also get our book sleep your way to success - though we dont talk about your particular issue, the sleep hygene routine set out in the book may help you. I hope you can get good sleep soon... all the best
