I disagree LaJewel, and this is why. Yes this project is hard, but not beyond the skillset of any person. A lot of Airtags were sacrificed putting the little project together. It looks perfect on youtube, but is far from that behind the camera ! The video has been broken down into simple small steps. This channel was created to empower everyday people (especially ladies), to go down the STEM (Science, technology, engineering and math) path. It's a matter of giving things a go, experimenting, stuffing up and learning something. Even if you try this project and bugger up, you have learnt something. One youtuber who does a better job than me is @JenFoxBot also checkout @Mendonipadrehab If you are a lady, and reading this comment. You can do this ! You may stuff up a number of times ! But this is how you learn ! This is how you grow !
I suppose the point of the video is hiding an AIrtag in plain site. The thief maybe a bit too busy to suspect that a fake "Toll tag" is tracking them. Not the perfect solution, but better than having an Airtag in plain site.
@@Repair2Renew I do not have apple products so I do not know this, but how long does it take before their phone alerts them to it "following them" anyways?
@@lindseypick From what I understand, apple alerts the Iphone thats transponding (communicating) with the Airtag, that the tracking is occurring on, If the Airtag arrives back at its original location. For example, if a deadbeat husband is illegally tracking (Stalking) his wife. As soon as the wife arrives home, after departing home (A loop), The iphone will nofify the wife, that she is being tracked. A great little feature to stop people being stalked or tracked illegally. In the case of a thief, as long as he/she does not return the car to the place it was stolen, it will track for a couple of hours, enough time for the police to track the vehicle.
