Eric, question about how you handled the end as a representative for your client. Would you have passed the work to the person performing the work as a networking favor? or market yourself as the sub to the prime and hired your client doing the precast concrete as a 3rd tier. I might be looking into this to much.
I would have just gave them the project and asked for a fee
