I was on 7 psyche meds for many many years. I feel every word y'all say. I'm so very sorry!!!!! I'm off of everything. I'll be 50 soon. I started meds at 13. I had trauma. I'm not mentally ill. I'm not bipolar. The meds give you mental illness.

My goodness. I have been dealing with situational anxiety and emotional pain from past experiences. I new that I needed therapy not medication because I could still function and had my personality. My husband kept insisting and insisting. To try medication. I kept saying no no no. That's not what I need. Anyways I have in my biggest mistake. Now I can't function.

its INHUMANE look at all these people commenting this should be enough to get the drugs banned x

@@ema_videochannel YEP. I have worse PTSD from akathisia, the harm these meds have done to me, and being gaslighted by the medical profession than the PTSD that caused me to get on meds in the first place. That was a breeze compared to akathisia

@@Lisa-xf5uf same I looked for therapy but I was in cortisone withdrawal and because everyone was being pushy about sleep I ended up on clonazepam. I need therapy for seeking therapy but I don't dare to anymore.

In addition to “Take Your Pills: Xanax,” another good documentary to watch is “Medicating Normal.” Thank you all for your willingness to share your stories!

Just had another neurologist tell me that 0.25 mg clonazepam is a low dose and I could stop without any issue of seizures lolz

I'm in uk, been on lorazepam 1mg since April 2022. I've tried swapping to diazepam to taper but couldn't cope with sedation/depression. I'm in a real pickle, waiting to speak to a private addiction home support service through a private psychiatrist. NHS not taking me seriously, gaslighting saying my anxiety is getting worse, that it's nothing to do with the lorazepam.

My husband was supportive at first. now he get really angry at times and yells at me. Once he yelled so much he said don't touch me, get away from me. Its heartbreaking because my brain not functioning normal.

Emma, I feel I need to get in touch with you. I’m also on quetiapine and Mirtazapine and tapering diazepam. The only reason I’m on quetiapine is they tried to section me also. I had to take it or be sectioned. I was amazed to come across your story and the similarity in drugs. I hope you’re doing ok currently.

Its not a little harm world, it is huge and severe. I wish my parw ts could upload videos of the constant hell. The horrific isolation because no one can go through it with you, o e must be present and we cant escape our ownselves.
