@Ken Grand, there were a few things I didn't quite like about it but that is one thing about this property that stood out to me is that it wasn't the usual over-sized rooms and huge wastes of space, it was a bit more intimate. The upper deck with the view of the mountain was really nice but I would've liked it a bit more enclosed so even if it rained, I could still stay up top and enjoy the hot tub/barbecue etc.
This looks so much better than many of the 20M+ homes in L.A. Thanks for spending some time in Europe, Enes.
The property is impeccably landscaped. The neutral colors throughout are crisp add brightness and a slick look. Favorite spaces are the pool, sauna, the primary bedroom and bathroom, the bathtub is EVERYTHING, the rooftop deck with those fabulous views (by the by no work gets done in a hot tub LOL) Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for this tour of captivation only in Marbella....

Those windows are called tilt-turn windows and they tend to be double hinged at the bottom and the side. They can be opened either way by positioning the handle to the top for tilt or to the side for swing. They are common in Europe, but are only recently catching on in high end homes here in the US.

@@JB-pb4wk I kind of agree, This looks very well built and has lots of unneeded marble but 7 mill does seem steep. Im thinking you could get this built for 4 mill even in my expensive country (Belgium) . The actual lot area isn't bigger than my own house, the whole thing actually reminds me of a much more fancy version of my own house , I even have the same driveway

if I own a home like this I will feel fulfill all rest of my life so clean and tidy,
I really enjoy seeing the more "reasonable" priced properties you tour. This one is great but my favorite was the tour of the Cliffside house in Mexico.
I also thought Mikey sounds a little tired. I figured he was up late partying in Marbella lol. Jokes aside thanks for all of the hard work to provide us with content.

As I am watching this tour, the weather in Marbella is the same as in my country. Love this house, that mountain view. The upstairs hall outside the 2nd BR is a moment w the smoked glass and Sputnik lighting. Gorgeous. W that framed view at the end and the mirrored wall down the stairs. Chefs kiss! I love Spain. I was invited to dance in Costa del sol for 2 weeks and it was amazing. ❤️ 💃

Enes is a machine. Can't stop, won't stop! That rooftop deck is my favorite part.Especially the hot tub. I'd be in it all the time enjoying the view with a beverage or two.

Absolutely love the house and garden area! The only thing I dont understand is why they didnt place higher plants, trees, bushes to create some privacy to the neighbouring house. Now they just can look into your pool, master bedroom and everything.

I love how Enes loves coffee....my kindred spirit. Great job on this tour. Although it seems a bit smaller than the normal houses you guys tour.... Enes could tour a cardboard box and make it seem like a mansion. Also, is it weird that I like Mikey's tired voice? 🤔

In Poland most windows can be tilted open, even balcony doors. This is often handy when you don't want the wind to move the window, or you want to open it with the blinds closed.

Another beautiful and affordable property Enes. To find this in California at this price point is impossible. My favorite part of this property is the top floor as well. I'm not usually a fan of all white because I get migraines from super bright light. I also think darker colors look better in general. That being said, this house and the area it's in are so gorgeous that I would risk the migraine to have this property. 😁
Nothing is overdone on this property. Everything is elegant and simply, which allows a lot more customization for the owners.
