- On June 11, 2024 Toronto Fire Services responded to 30 Tuxedo Court for reports of high CO levels in the building which had to be evacuated as crews took readings on each floor which was caused by a gas leak. The call was upgraded to a Hazmat Level 3 situation which required Decon 234 and other units to respond. Multi Purpose Vehicle 341 and Aerial 341 were also responding to this call but were cancelled as they were not required.

Holy sick catch of the Decontamination Unit, that thing is so cool!
Thanks for watching! The Decon is definitely an interesting unit to see responding to a call since it's rarely used and it also has an old classic PA300 siren on it that sounds awesome.
Tuxedo Court. If I saw hazmat there, I would assume meth lab.
Thanks for watching!
4:40 why arent they moving
Toronto Fire needs to put some airhorns on their command units considering how big they are and they automatically respond to 2-alarm fires (which is common). I'm surprised Toronto EMS didn't bring out their ESU (bus) considering the amount of respiratory risk with such a large amount of people in the building.
I bet ya felt that excitement as decon rolled by with sirens.
Oh yeah I did for sure it was definitely awesome to see the Decon in action. As soon as I heard the call get upgraded and heard the Decon was added I just had to take the chance to film the response. That's also one of my favourite sounding PA300 sirens.
Never knew Toronto Fire used so many different sirens!
They've been pretty indecisive on what sirens they want on their new trucks the past few years lol
@@jacksvacssafety2620 Pretty sure the majority of their newer trucks use the Federal Signal PA300 Siren
@michaelsoars17 they have PA300s on a majority of them. The new ones though I've seen with PA4000s, EQ2Bs, and a Whelem 295 or two.
Amazing catches!
Thank you glad you enjoyed the video!
Holy crap great video

7:11 A Ford Truck with VT365?
Thanks for watching! I'm not sure of the type of engine that vehicle is using but according to the fire wiki its a 2009 Ford LCF / DEL Unicel
