Is there a procedure to call the judge to account? I would imagine there is....I guess you'll have to wait for the transcript, of course.

That is an excellent question as we have similar problems elsewhere with judges not doing their job properly. However you have to balance the independence of the judiciary with their adherence to the rule of law, the only written document is the United Nations Bangalore principles which is referenced in UK legislation but not explicitly incorporated Into law particular reference to the impartiality of a judge. The case with magistrates is much worse because unless they have been rude or guilty of a Herty feelings crime then there is not much you can do about them even if they are corrupt and inclusion with the council behind the scene Such as has been discovered in a particular UK jurisdiction which is presently being investigated

I will keep going until my questions are answered, well done again and please don’t give up.

If you think judges treat people like that, then you obviously haven't been to court.
I have been in court where the judges refused to give their name let alone inform you of the proceedings and your rights. And i have been in court where the magistrates left the court on several occasions.
If a judge fails to identify , then just walk out, because it is not a court of law, its an administrative court.

🤣 crying with laughter that Judge Cohen said he'd seen thousands of liability orders when we struggle just to get one!
I'm dying to use that quote when the councils send their templated replies quoting rule 115 of the Magistrates Court Rules that they don't have to produce one!
Please refer to Judge Cohen I will say to them, he's seen thousands of them.
Perhaps he drums them out on the printer in his office in the back garden! Crying with laughter really.

I'm awake 14 years, I also remember when people started repeating this claim and calling magistrates courts. Like anything the more youvreoeat something the more it is considered a truth. Same thing has happened here. The court staff are just repeating what they have heard and are not reliable as first hand witness testimony.

    • @marchorn466

Council as they have no first hand knowledge of the evidence cannot deal with evidence... They are a neutral party as their obligations are to the rule of law, and they are officers of the court, and under those obligations must put the court with all relevant law which by definition includes dissenting opinions which may undermine their clients case or assist your case...

    • @Bruce4lmighty

By definition a barrister or solicitor can speak on information passed to them by a third party. That is defined as hearsay and hearsay cannot be admitted as evidence in any court.
