Gotta love yeti. I have no idea how you can run an ultra though, I can run a half marathon in 2 hrs, how the hell do you train towards an ultra?!
You just learn to slow down. Run a bunch of miles. Learn to eat during the race. Just don’t freak out, it’s a a day in the woods, dude.
