This is a marvelous video. The clips are short, but I suppose many folks wouldn't watch a longer video. I'd watch and enjoy this video if it were several hours long. It has a great attitude. This is an excellent introduction to the Virginia Creeper Trail and the Yeti 100 Miler. I came here doing some research for the Dam Yeti 50 which I completed last Saturday. Thanks, and congratulations on your finish.

From White Top to Damascus there's a 3% grade down. Then from Damascus to Abingdon there's a 0 - 1% grade up.

Great job Brian. Looks like it it was a nice trail to run, and the weather seemed to be good. I hope you enjoyed it. No Fireball??

Is the out and back and out pretty non-technical?

Great video! Nice & flat trail. Did you run in road shoes or trail? Looks smooth enough for road but it’s sometimes difficult to get a good feel from a video.

Love the trail - did the March marathon there. I have to ask - have you applied for Barkley yet? I would enjoy that video for sure.

Looks like a pretty flat trail. What was the weather like - humid?

Really flat, overall more of a slight downhill. The temperate was good, not too humid either.

Brian Steinberg runs too much, sometimes the flatter ultras are the hardest - same muscle groups all the way.

So how long did it take you to complete? I live in VA and thinking of running it in 2021. Thanks Paul
