@Code3Paris kind of isn't, though. Many emergency workers love and miss the crown vic. Ford just simply stopped making it. They could have updated/improved the design.
Long live the VIC . Nothing like getting on her and hearing that low grunt of that V8.. such a distinctive sound that I miss... The best cruiser ever built, bullet proof and tough as nails..
Its because that new york had so many taxis especially crown vics the police decided that they should make a taxi as a cop car but they need permission from that taxi company also
Bro why don’t the police realise the best undercover vehicles should be a loud exhaust supra with anime livery and a pink tint on the rims and windows, officer gets out with his drip and nobody knows
Spread out over several years. FDNY hasn't used a Crown Vic for its officers in nearly a decade. Many people have forgotten that they even used them. Here is the historical footage.
people explain pliz, at least I'm from another country, but I like this car, the question is, are they no longer used in the service anywhere? Or are there still places where they are actively used, I know that they have stopped being produced since 2011, but in 2010, 15, 18, 20 I saw their presence in the service, and now I find out that they have all been replaced by others is it true?
The only places that still use them are in the west coast, like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, where there's almost to no snow and they haven't been destroyed by the salt.
Still the best Police car ever made. Period. 4-wheeled V8 tank. Glorious.
Love those cars built in Canada!
Your first clip is always one of my favourites. Classic New York. Iconic with films from that era.
Thanks man
Taxi police
4:34 I'll never get tired of that sound
Truly the best cop car ever made still rocking a decade later
I LOVE CROWN VICTORIAS! They need to bring em back ;)
The best cop car to ever cover a beat.
OMG did you actually recorded a SOUTHLAND scene!? EPIC! Btw fantastic compilation of crown vics, i love it
Thank you! Lucy Liu! :)
@@code3paris yesss omg
Miss those days 😢
Unmarked police taxi is so confusing to me :D Like...why? :D Great compilation, one can't not to love the Crown Vic!
They did that since New York had so many Crown Vic taxis that it would just blend in with them
It's sad that the FDNY Vic is not in service anymore
Outdated technology

@@code3paris well it could have simply served with no problem for more time
If they made more Vics it costs more than it was worth so that’s why they discontinued them
I have never seen a Ford Crown Victoria fire engine!!!
I love how you threw the NYC undercover taxi P71 in there to throw people off extra hard on the first video, who have no idea about these cars. 😂
There are so many videos out there now I think they're well known in the community. Thanks for watching!

Surprised to see the filming of The Rookie, also love to see the classic New York with all the films.
Thanks!
They were filming SouthLand.
I KNEW I'VE SEEN THAT SOMWHERE!
The last Car on Earth will be a crown Vic that's for sure 😁👍
El mejor auto de policia por lejos, por su resistencia, por su solidez, no será el mas rapido pero es un auto hecho para durar.
Awesome video!
Thank you!
I like old school police thanks for support and especially nypd 🚔😃🚨😇
1:00 best🤩🤩
2:36 bro literally caught a camera crew recording a episode of a series
I never understood why they added a taxi as a cop car.... wouldn't that be confusing 😐
Its extra incognito

Fin ca change de version c'est comme dans les chaînes de télévision
