Running 40kms around a glacial lake in the Alps | 2.55 Marathon Project Ep.4

In this episode of the 2.55 Project, I take you Annecy in the French Alps where it all got a bit silly and I decided to run 40kms during my long run. I haven't done this kind of training run for years but it was an enjoyment first approach where I followed my heart!
in 3 weeks time I run the Noosa Marathon and I want to run faster than I have ever run before! 2.55 is very ambitious of course, but you've got to believe and I'm manifesting the result and working towards it!
I'm not sharing my process as a best practice or template to follow, I'm simply sharing it to open conversations about how to become a better athlete, whilst hopefully inspiring some folk to take on their next big run, whether that be 5k or 50k!
