Just a hopefully helpful note Audra. It appears you are chopping your tomatoes upside down. If you chop them seeds facing upward, when you press down with the knife they won't ooze out as much.

Pro Chef Tip --- Spend fifty bucks on a decent Santoku knife. Brands like Victorinox are $45-$55 on Amazon, and have extremely high ratings. I spent $15 for my Faberware Santoku at Wally World a decade ago. It works like a dream when sharp, but being a cheap brand, it doesn't keep an edge very well. Onions make you cry because a dull knife blade makes the onions juicy. Stainless knives don't stay sharp as long as high carbon. but they will never get a nasty rust flavor.

I took a pan, filled it up with whatever oil I chose, and fried them three minutes on each side. The fish wings I got were spicy AF. I had a side of ranch dressing to go with them. Newsflash, I made the whole bag and they were fire. I might make my own fish wings or fish nuggets one day.
I have the world's most sensitive smoke detector in my apartment, and hear that infernal beeping every time I broil steak. I like tilapia, but am not a fan of green beans. I think that one reason this meal turned out so well was that you were neither drinking nor goofing around with friends as you prepared the food.

Cooking with Audra is back! A tip I learned because I also was using olive oil when i cook. Olive oil smokes and burns more than other oils.
It looks delicious. You should use a termometer for fish and meat. Termometer makes a big difference.
