I don't know if you have ever heard of this Devildog but there is a a roleplay gamemode in Gmod called CWHL2RP where you can be either a citizen, Combine Police, OTA, City administrator, Rebel on and on it's awesome you should give it a try :)

Devil, with the release of GTA on PC do you think there will be a "life" mod made for it or has anything like that with gta been done? I love arma 3 life mod, but one for gta would be mind blowing.
Byerline26 There won't be any Mods For Online, Rockstar wants to keep it normal Genuine GTA Online, but, there will be Mod Support for Singleplayer.
His Russian accent makes sense, remember that the Soviet Union held Afghanistan for a short duration. So it's not entirely false to hear him with a Russian accent.
