Dude, I'm in my sixties. I've been riding on the street since 1970. I'm running a 1949 El pan I built myself. I guess I'm old and crusty too but I have no suspension and I'm still riding. One or two kicks she fires up. Tank shift foot clutch. You won't want to go back to a swingarm frame just hang it up in the garage. There ain't no ride like a suicide!
Close to the last of the breed right there. Many a ride from NY to Nick's place because he had exactly what I needed and wasn't looking for blood money, he does it for the love of it.

I've been going to Nick's since the early 70's. He's a Harley guru for old iron.
Im very fortunate to live only an hour from nicks, he has helped me out with a bunch of Harley parts. He knows where everything is in that place.

I live right across the Commodore Barry Bridge from Nick's.
He is definitely a legend.
Back in the early eighties, I had a 1977 Lowrider, that I bought from a Philly policeman. It was a "shovelhead". Spent many weekends, going to Nick's for parts, while customizing that bike.
Back then, he was working out of the infamous, "Chicken Coup".

Never judge a book by its cover, this guy is a very wealthy man. He know exactly where every part is, and that’s without a computer. I know you had to go upstairs to see all his vintage Harleys. He’s definitely a legend.

Normal household name growing up in the armpit, in a Harley family. Nice they walk and talk you through the shops to help you, it's sensory overload.
Wanted to get some info on a customers nice orange 80 cui flathead, not all original, they didnt want to sell to australia, nice guys to talk to, got myself a 46 Knuckle from New York in the end.

Is Nick selling parts again? Last time I was down there, they really didn't want to sell used parts, but since I had ridden quite a way, they sold me some.

10:33 Nick says "That's the pink one that was upstairs." If I'm correct, that's the Panhead that Frank Fritz from American pickers sat on, and he says "But it's pink ." Nick corrects him saying "It's magenta, Frank." Yeah I caught that one lol. I've been making the ride to Lebanon road since 1993.

This is the kind of shop I grew up hunting down parts for the choppers I built back in the day not many places like this left anymore..Great job on filming this so it's never lost..Choppers Forever ...
nice guy...but choppers are a joke.. and these bikes are noisy as hell.. it's okay if you're the guy on it but when you go to sleep..you don't have a bozo starting this up besides your house at 3 in the morning..

A biker… in fuckin sneakers , damn how far we done fell ! I had a 50 flh panhead that I built , after I bought in the later 70’s , but I did it all old school , and I have been riding since 1970 , I’m 69 years old , and was in a M.C. Since 77 - 79 , but we had chapters ,in New Jersey , Maryland , Delaware , and in the late 80’s Pennsylvania, had many good tight brothers , was a member until , 10-17-04 , I lost my ability to ride , walk in a straight line , and I was fucked up after that , this older woman who didn’t even hear my 74 dresser , coming at her in my lane , and she just turned into me from just a car length away from me , I didn’t have time to say shit , and BOOM , It was over crushed my left leg into 11 pieces ,crushed my left foot , and now it’s bothering me like a bad tooth , I can’t walk right , have went down hill ever since that date , the club has since , just slipped into time , as nobody wants to do shit to be in a club , not even show up for a meeting , ahhh , that’s the nature of todays riders , yeah full face helmet ,but wearin tennis shoes , and a button down shit with short sleeves , and shorts to , boot , I should have died in that wreak , I would o had a giant biker funeral !
