I remember seeing I.M said that the lyrics shouldn't be taken literally, but more metaphorically. The whole song is about coping with loneliness and denying that you need people, when you really crave intimacy. It's worth mentioning that there's people on the floor together while he's on the bed by himself, looking pretty sad and desperate. "Kiss me down till I'm naked" could mean that he wants to be vulnerable and emotionally "naked" with people, but goes back and forth between saying "I don't need you" and "I need you". It goes with the meaning of Duality, where you can say you're okay but you really aren't on the inside. Leave it to I.M to make a song that's so real and relatable. Also, lyrics are super important with his new songs, so I can't wait for your album review! I think Love Killa came out in November? But you're right, it does feel way more recent than that.

changkyun is really a intellectual, the whole album is literally he himself battling with those demons in his head, especially the song happy to die and flower-ed, changkyun is such a talented artist and i'm glad he dropped his first digital album, and thank you for reacting!!!! u r the best

To me the visual switch at the end is inside his brain; the great statue of himself keeps getting broken down and another one pops up. It could mean that he has a lot of version within him that people try to “ruin” or break but in the end the part where he is holding himself in his hands he probably means that in the end it’s HIM only who has the control in their hands. He is the one who can help himself to be better. It’s a great duality bc it’s him who is making him lose himself but also the only way he can be saved is by his OWN hands! That’s my interpretation. The lyrics on the surface could sound shallow and about a break up but when you dig deep (as he himself said) it’s much more meaningful. So proud of him
