- Local TH-cam creator and veterinarian, Dr. Matt Carriker, responded to the incident in a new video after seeing a viral image of the shooter wearing his merch.
He did NOT give his condolences to the shooters family.. Stop.. You need to correct your story.. He sent condolences to the man killed..
