I got scammed by a grab driver day two. But it was my fault because I didn't confirm he was right one. He didn't get what he asked for because he was old and small, but he did get more than what I was quoted. But like I said it was my fault. And had to pay 3k for standing up original Grab driver. Always check before you hop on
Dont drink = avoid problems

Book into one ticket on Vietnam Airlines and its only 4 aud more. (50 000)
But if you fly to HCM and then buy a seperate ticket that may be another $60 (1 000 000).
Tan Snah Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city you walk out and turn right and its almost the same building. Vietnam airlines will all be terminal 1 gate 1
I don't think there is a direct flight from UK to Da Nang. You can go from UK to Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), and then from SGN to Da Nang International Airport (DAD)

How are you staying so long in Vietnam? I understand you can only stay 6 months at the most?
Right now there are 3 month visas and you can get a new one after that. Also you can apply for a student visa or start a business

No no disagree. My Da Nang girlfriend walks around with her phone in her backpocket. Super visible. They dont pickpocket in Da Nang.

Your girlfriend must be a local? :) I’ve been warned about pickpockets by locals, and I would assume they target foreigners.
There are weird men everywhere, and they target visibly drunk and alone women. That’s just how it is for women everywhere in the world. It’s not specific to Vietnam, a woman going to a bar alone should be careful everywhere.
Overall, as I said in the video, Da Nang feels like one of the safer places to go out and have a good time. I personally never had any trouble or met any bad people.

I never see any woman drunk in Vietnam and dont recomend getting drunk anyway. I got attacked in Australia for drinking and almost died lol.
