Fanatec, it is time for a Formula wheel with a (Telemetry) display at a normal price (instead of Bentley/BMW version) and backlit buttons
and a bigger diameter

The bmw & bentley wheel are 310mm gt3 wheels. N the bmw wheel doesnt have telemetry. They dont have any telemetry formula wheel ag any price.

Great marketing idea. If you own the DD Extreme and want the "new" F1 wheel rim, buy another bundle. That gives you two DD+ and you can then play in stereo...

Time for a Clubsport level GT3 rim. Like a Porsche, Aston, or similar. At a $500 price point. The McLaren is awesome, i have two now, but it is dated. the quality of materials is just a tad too lacking.
It’s only awesome if you haven’t tried other manufacturers. To me the flex of the McLaren is insane in retrospect.
@@vrj0 you're probably right. But I'm on PS5. Fanatec is the best manufacturer for consoles. I did have the Formula Carbon V2 with the upgrade shifters. That was superior in quality to the McLaren. But, the size I didn't like. Or the position of your wrists.
It's the same steering wheel but with different carbon patern that's been around sinds 2015..?
yes it's the same v1 v2 and v2.5 it's just that it has internal modifications but to sell it the same price but I think they will have to change because if we look at the gt neo from simagic at 360€ and we put a fanatec hup it makes a steering wheel more or less 500€ better in every way
and it's missing the advanced paddles module

Y'all funny but reality is I ordered a DD extreme basically when they went on pre-order and had it in hand 13 days later...
I know it sucks for everybody that got screwed over during the Black Friday stuff, but they're definitely back on track with deliveries or orders at this point. At least the current ones don't know what they're doing with all that drama from the BF sale.

If you play on ps5 gt7 I suggest not getting this bundle. Get the extreme bundle if a bundle is what you want. You can always get a f1 wheel after the fact but not the Extreme wheel. You’ll be shopping for a compatible round wheel later if you want more than one wheel. F1 wheel are readily available new and used.
Casually during a game session the steering wheel from smooth becomes grainy and force feedback disappears, I have this setup for 4 days and it’s the 5/6 time it does it. Can someone help me?
12 days since you guys sent me defective equipment, 10 days since i emailed Fanatec. No response yet.
They will not reply especially during the closing of Q3. They need the sale and strong return otherwise it will not look good with investors.
Cool product and all, what about investing some time into fixing the absolute bricking of those clubsport dd and dd+ bases ?????? you cant really use the wheel if your base is bricked and the replacement/solution is taking months... keep on marketing the "germaneering" that you do with your products, but if it results in wheel bases being bricked and without any notice how or when it will be fixed, then maybe its time for the marketing department to dirty their hands in your lacking costumer support department ?

Will the rotary switches actually work like they should out of the box? Always bothered me when they only have 1 output.
This depends on the game/sim. A game/sim has to specifically support the multi-position type of output. Some games only have the ability to detect them as encoders (two inputs). The MPS option in the Tuning Menu allows you to switch between different modes depending on which game you are using.

Are you thinking about buy this product? Take in mind than Fanatec is not providing customer support since november 23 for some of the customers? Do you want to bet buying this product to notice if you will receive customer support? Great deal
Please start making some decent wheels that don't look like they are from 10 years ago. Put an actual screen on the wheel and make it reasonability priced.

Ordered my DD extreme and CSL elite V2 pedals and had them in hand 13 days later just a couple weeks back... So I don't think it's so much of an issue for current orders.
I'm in the USA too not Europe.
