There's a Real Life engine that's possibly Percy's true basis. Cardiff Railway #1338. Same shape, same wheel designs, same cab but lacks the rear tender

Man this Percy is amazing!! My only constructive criticism is his firebox/face seems to sit too high compared to rws/tv/CGI sources.
But I digress, incredible work!

The current plan is to complete the rest of the Ffarquhar branch engines. Mavis is most likely to be completed next, then Daisy as soon as I receive the parts I need for her.

I'd say what you've just done is make an actual bodyshell, based entirely on the Reverend's Spare Percy Model! Most original and historical at the same time!

That may be possible in the future, provided I can create a suitable chassis with outside cranks. I doubt I'll be able to get any more Roco NS Class 500s to convert into Class 08s any time soon, so I'd need to be able to make them from scratch.
