Pootis Customs - Percy The Small Engine

Welcome back to Pootis Customs, after almost a year since the last episode we're back with a few more models to look at. Today's subject is on my "What If" of the 1985 prototype Hornby Percy to go with my fleet of characters. I once made a Percy many year ago, he was my first 00 Gauge repaint I believe but of course he would have been sloppy and shit so he got scrapped.
I been seeing lots of people doing "How I built (___ ___ __) yet we never even heard of the person, you know what I mean?

I prefer your model then what has always been Hornby's acquisition. Why didn't Britt Allcroft want Percy with a smokey Joe basis....wouldn't have hurt I would have thought.
