Thanks for the memories; it’s 9 years since we enjoyed that market; we didn’t set a challenge but also purchased dinner for 2 for 300baht or less than $10 AUD at the time while soaking up the local culture.

Thank you for your videos. We are here in Thailand since New Year and right now in Koh Tao. We are heading to Chiang Mai on Sunday and will hit this market on the same day. You also helped us a lot to expand our Visa (Which we did here in Koh Tao and it took us only 20 minutes).

I just ate at kats kitchen Chiang Mai, Curry and rice, (big portion) 90 THB or $2.75,. We are just a short way from the Sunday market so will give it a go in few days

We spent 10 days in Bangkok it was twice as expensive as Chiang Mai.
The word "The word "sound", do you know this pronunciation? it means 20"

Hi there! Yes, we wear our masks because the rules here in Thailand require that everyone wears them while in public spaces, even outdoors. We know it can be hard to understand us talking with them on, but we want to try to be as respectful as we can of the home away from home we are currently in and their rules.
