@@chasermalloy7406 it does happen yes but that’s for already “established” artists. If you’re new in the scene you shouldn’t wait for someone to come and write a song for you. You should write your own stuff if you truly want to be original and make music that comes from you. The original comment acts like singers only sing and need others to write a song, even saying that that way she can “become original and not a stage show singing others hits” when that’s basically what you’re always doing if you don’t write your own material…

By your reckoning Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and many major modern artists are somehow invalid because they don"t write their own stuff ? It's the quality of the product that counts. A great voice is what has usually made great singers. Always has been and always will be.
@@chasermalloy7406 never said it’s invalid, most popartists nowadays don’t write their own stuff completely by themselves. However nobody starts that way. If you want to make it in the music scene you need to start writings your own stuff unless you personally know someone who can do it for you

This lady has a strong, powerful, and gorgeous voice. Her rendition of “It’s all coming back to me now” gave me chills.
I’ve watched this around 50 times and am still crying when she is done. What a voice and taken. Keith really screwed up not putting her through. No one could have beat her. One of the few times I disagree with his strategy.
