Its crazy how the Bridge 75 is so well tuned stock. With the foam installed it actually doesn't sound foamy at all. You can tell Shortcut Studio did their homework.
Nice to hear that it sounds good without foams! I've been using the standard version for 2 weeks, just ordered a custom non-flexcut fr4 plate from tb, waiting to rebuild it with less foams and HMX switches next week.
I would have loved a non flex PCB, but the FR4 plate definitely helps with making the sound "livelier". Paired with the HMX switches, sounds like you'll have an amazing clacky build 😉 Thank you for leaving a comment!
Great question! I think the largest differentiator is going to be whether you want a screen or not. Bridge75 has QMK/VIA support but is otherwise just a clean, well-executed keyboard. ND75 has a few more bells and whistles like the LCD screen and magnetic connectors (important to note that even the ND75 is not fully magnetic, and both keyboards will have one ribbon cable that you'll need to handle when opening/closing the keyboard). I like the MMD switches in the Bridge75 more, and the FR4 plate option is appreciated since there's only the flex cut PCB option for the board (ND75 is flex cut PCB too, but I believe non flex coming soon). There's no clear winner to me, but hopefully these notes are helpful. I do appreciate both ND75 and Bridge75 more than the Rainy75 from earlier in the year! Thank you 🌞
@@TAZAKEY the notes are extremely helpful. i don't really care about the LCD screen much (it's like a nice bonus). Bridge75 looks better to me (aesthetically) and both Bridge75 and ND75 sounded great, but now you also say that you prefer the switches on the Bridge, so I'm definitely buying that. Thank you for the reply and the great showcase!
@@TAZAKEY Thank you! For me they seem basically the same. After seeing your video about the ND75 I wanted to purchase it, because it seemed like a good deal. But now I am really confused and dont know how to choose, because it seems that the ND75 is not as special and unique as I thought. VIA sounds more useful and futureproof that some semi useful screen. But how does it come, that both are so similiar? Are they from the same oem? I dont get it..
I don't have any visibility into the supply chain, but I wouldn't be surprised if some manufacturing capabilities are common across keyboard brands, assuming that they're not all vertically integrated. It's a tough choice between ND75 and Bridge75, especially since they're hitting the market with such similar timing. If you wait long enough to decide, maybe even more options will appear 🤔 Thank you for watching!!
I prefer this over the CIDOOV75: They are pretty comparable in sound and feel, but I prefer the screwless case design of the Bridge75. Being able to open and close the case at a whim will also help with sound (you'll be able to experiment more freely on which combination works best for you).
Hello, I cannot decide between the Bridge75 Plus or Rainy75. I like the fact that Bridge can be opened easier to mod. But I like the rainy75 sound better and overall aesthetics. Which would you say has most flexibility in terms of modding? I mean in terms of sound.
This is nearly the same as the JRIS75 but for way less! (Even an HE option!) How's the front height of the board? The JRIS was just a tad high for my taste to use without a wristrest.
No issues for me using without a wrist rest, but I am also extremely insensitive to case height. I want to say the Bridge75 sits a tad lower than the JRIS75, but someone will have to fact check me on that - I don't have the exact measurements on hand. Thank you for watching 😉
Hi. Can u tell me where is battery charging indicator in this keyboard and if it can be turned off? Or there is sort of shortcut to check charging status instead of individual battery light? In my previous monsgeek m1w it was under the spacerbar and it was very bright (it can't be truned off).
Hey! Apologies for the late reply There is a function to display battery level (I think it's CTRL + D), it will show a light under the ESC key and does not stay on permanently.
@@TAZAKEY thanks. I have one more question. When I don't use keyboard for a while a white light under "4" is blinking (I think keyboard is trying to reconnect to 2.4 GHz idk why). Is there any solution for this? It's annoying. When I click something od keyboard everything is back to normal
I can't really hear it in the space bar, but that might just be me. There is a bit of ticking in the left shift though, especially when all the foam is in there, but this is with my mic sitting right next to the keyboard. From a normal listening distance, I had no complaints over the stock stabilizers (they were tuned well enough to me). Thank you for watching 🌞
Sound-wise, they are pretty comparable and the largest sound differentiator is just going to be the stock switches that come with either option. Both boards can sound great without foam and of course with foam as well. The ball-catch case design of the Bridge75 is more appealing to me though since it allows for quicker open/close of the case. I also prefer the cleaner aesthetic of the Bridge75 without the built in cloud motif. Rainy75 is going to be more accessible though since they'll be on Amazon (if you're from the US).
@@TAZAKEY what about the overall build quality? I’ve seen some people say that the anodizing on bridge75 is better and there have been a couple of quality issues on rainy75 shared by people on their discord, so i am a bit hesitant on buying rainy75

Out of the ultra-budget 75% boards that have come out this year, I think this one is my favorite!

Do you know the latency of the Bridge75?
Unfortunately, I'm not sure!
Hello, would you say it is loud compared to other keyboards?
I would say it's loud compared to a rubber dome keyboard, but not any louder than other mechanical keyboards!
Do you prefer with foam or without foam?
Would you recommend for gaming?
Yeah, I would recommend it for gaming! I don't think it's going to improve performance 🌞
can it get a clean clack using hmx cloud ?
Yes for sure

is that the default switch?
Yes, default switches that came with the board!
