Do you do anything with the zest of the lemons? It's useful for mixing into sugar for adding lemon flavor to desserts, so maybe you could add it to the salt and run it through a food processor for extra lemon flavor.

Great idea !! I just bought a food dryer and I'll dry the lemons and once dry crush them till powdered with the salt. I hope it'll work well.
