    Are you finding my videos on cholesterol helpful?

    Your videos are great. As someone who has been programmed to worry about cholesterol it’s truly refreshing to know the right things to do. I have been on carnivore for about 2 and a half months and have lost nearly 20 pounds. I have an order to get my blood work done but I’d like to wait for another few weeks to try and raise my HDL levels. Thank you so very much for all you do!

    My Hdl was low below 40, for years, and when I started to use coconut oil it was major breakthrough - over 50.

    Perhaps I missed it, but coconut oil also while raising hdl it also raises overall cholesterol and raises ldl about twice the amount it raises hdl.

    Thanks Kait for a quick and knowledgeable video…. Being a Doctor myself I would like to share that I have treated many diabetics some of whom had HbA1C as high as 14 without medication and even they’re continuing nicely

    whats your opinion on avocado oil? do you think its better than Coconut oil for cooking?

    • @HealthCoachKait
      @HealthCoachKait  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s good but not for high temp cooking. Coconut is better for that and also has the benefits that come from MCTs.

    I've been on a high fat, low carb, for a couple months. My last blood work a month ago showed my HDL at 37, my triglyceride was 77. Maybe I need to give it more time.

    Can you do some on pms/pmdd/luteal phase hormones/mood??
    Unable to keep up with my routine and exercise during luteal phase-I have 12 normal days a month and told I need all these medications that I don’t agree with because I notice a difference based on lifestyle but I’m still not finding it out to the point of comfort.

    Hi Kait❤
    Can I eat sourdough bread if I have insulin resistance? Or what kind of bread substitites can I eat?

    • @HealthCoachKait
      @HealthCoachKait  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can… but just be mindful of portions. Carbs are carbs. Sourdough is the best bread you can eat health wise, in general. But it still requires a lot of insulin to process.

  • @nebojsa1976

    Just take Niacin. It will fix 3000 things in you. But it will be hard on liver so pay attention closely. And it might increase your glucose.

    • @HealthCoachKait

      Only slightly high LDL but my trigs are extremely low (0.5) and HDL high (3.2). This videos from a few years ago but my numbers have been consistent: th-cam.com/video/w9A7_8OJq6k/w-d-xo.html My doctor is very happy with my numbers.
