All I did was plug my digital optical into my tv's input box and then switched audio out to same as ps4 pro to hdmi audio out to tv. So when i stream viewers can hear my teammates and i can still hear them and game too.
can you explain this again please I think I am having this problem right now. I have steel series arctis, ps5, razer ripsaw, astro mixamp pro tr and OBS studio thanks
Hey man, thanks a lot. im using a Mac pro to do the connections. I did what u said including the Elgato and the stream is fine. The only problem is that i cant hear the ingame sound. in the stream they hear it all but Im unable to hear it at all. all sound settings on PS5 are high .. any suggestions?
If you could cap that second hdmi output port at 60hz it would work, however chances are of the input is 120hz both of those hdmi outputs will be running at 120hz so the razer ripsaw would not be detected
I was the same. Took me a while but you just go into your ps5 settings, click system, go to HDMI, then disable the “enable hdmi device link” and “enable hdcp” options. Don’t know the reasoning behind it, but it fixes it.
I can’t get a picture on my tv or through obs. I’ve been looking everywhere to find a solution for this and can’t seem to find one. I have everything connected correctly according to the instructions. Yet when I have everything plugged in nothing appears on my tv or in obs. I’ve tried connecting a PS5 and PS3. Same result.
What about using a wireless headset that uses a USB dongle only and not the optical port. I haven't been able to figure out sound to the wireless headset while connected to the PS5.
I brought a Razer Ripsaw HD months ago in preparation for my PS5 which arrived today (woooo UK!). Go to plug it all if, change Source and it's just a solid black screen. I tried moving my cables around and still nothing. Capture Card works with my Switch and Playstation works directly plugged into my monitor but nothing. Just realized my initial message suggests that I have no audio.... Which is true! But I also have no screen!

u think buying an hdmi splitter to have 120fps on monitor while another cable goes in the ripsaw (that is capped at 60) will work as a solution?

Did you disable hdcp or buy an hdcp bypass hdmi switch?

im having the same issue here whenever i connect my headphones to my ps5 im unable to get sound to streamlabs if u fixed it help me pls
No Audio issues, I can't even get it connected through my Ripsaw. Any ideas?

@@Xeno1607 go to PS5 Settings > System > HDMI > Enable HDCP > Uncheck the box
was looking for info on how to get sound to OBS from Ripsaw on PS5. worked fine on ps4. seems ill have to get a new card.
can I play 120fps with this?
