I would like to tell you some tips. 1.Jalebi ko round *gol gol* bana ne ka liya oil m pahle ak steel Ki channi rakh lijya then uske upar jalebi baniya... jalebi round shape Ki ayegi... 2.Oil m dalne se pahle hand practice necessary hai...so practice that with some water...and a ata wLa mixture. 3. Sugar syrup me thora or sugar dalna jaruri h you can also put rose petals that will give a good smell. 4.Jalebi ko jayda fry nhi karna hai... just make it yellow... jab ap usko sugar syrup m dalogi it will automatically become red or brown. Maine.. jab pahli bar banya...tha...Tab.. ye apki jaisi hi bani thi but now it is improved.
