    Before you watch this video I want to stress to you I’m not an attorney and I’m in no way providing tax or legal advice. This is a tool I simply stumbled on years ago and it’s helped me in my real estate investing career.
    How to stop any foreclosure anywhere, anytime, even if the foreclosure is the same day WITHOUT having to use an attorney. Years ago when I started investing in real estate, I often wondered why peeps called me days before the house was going into foreclosure to try to sell it. It seemed like the foreclosure would be a few days away and I simply didn’t have enough time to put the deal together. They’d call on a Monday to sell me the house only to find out the foreclosure would be on Friday of that same week. I used to get mad at my sellers and think “why did you wait until the LAST minute to try to fix this?” Sure, we all have our issues and going through a foreclosure is a very emotional process, I know because I’ve been there.
    Then I bumped into a man that showed me a way to stop any foreclosure in any state at any time. This tool is critical to a real estate investor’s success plus we get to help our home owners out even if they’re in a time crunch. You know I’m all about helping people. He showed me that I didn’t need to stress over the foreclosure date and if I new how to file a Self-Filing Bankruptcy, then I’d be good. If you think about it, the laws in the US are created to protect “the People”. But then we must ask ourselves; Who are “the People.” When I think back to when the constitution was written, and that all so famous introductions to our Country that says “We The People”, who were they talking about. Well, I think it’s meant to protect the people that are “owners”. The fact is if you don’t own anything, you wont need to protection from anything anyway, unless you need personal protection, and I can’t advise you on that. But bankruptcy protection will stop any creditor from coming after you, even your home mortgage lender.     The information he‘s sharing is true. I just followed these steps by simply listening to this video and doing minor research on my own and received the same results as the video. I didn’t need a notary and I was able to write the debtor’s info (cover sheet) on a plain piece of paper. It’s ok if you are missing a few documents, the federal court can provide them to you. The fee I paid was $313, but if your state’s filing fee is more, there is a application for payment plans. Just in case anyone needed confirmation 💯🙏🏾

      @@jennifercraig6776 Pay your mortgage on time and you won’t have issues. There’s no magic way to get out of it, unless you sell your house and payoff the loan.

      @@jenniferking9925 Everyone's circumstances are different...it depends on what you're trying to do...i.e. more time to make other arrangements or proceed with the full process.

    I’m going through this right now... couldn’t make payments and got a foreclosure notice and next day called a law firm to assist and paid them 1500 dollars that i has to barrow to now tell me that My lender (VHDA ) has fast tracked my foreclosure and they do not have time to stop the sale and they are recommending bankruptcy at the cost of over five grand! I don’t know what to do other then try this method you described in the video. I hope it works and thank you.

    Hey Kris -great video.. I need to ask you if you have done a modification on your home but now understands the fraud behind these lenders, can I still do something about it such as sue the lenders being they were not the originator of the loan and MERS holds the note. The modification resulted in much higher payments and no reduction in interest rate. Can I still

    Good afternoon Kris! Thank you for the information! Very powerful. I found most of the forms you mentioned in the video but I am unsure about the coversheet for list of creditors. Perhaps the form is Schedule E/F: Creditors Who Have Unsecured Claims. What are your thoughts?

      well, since i'm not an attorney and don't give legal advice, I can only give my opinion. From what i've seen, unsec. debt can be completely wiped out. The problem with houses, is they allow creditors to be secured. So, if you're looking at unsecured debt, it might be best to simply wipe them out completely, but again..... I need to know your full situation before any plan get be put together... thnx for watching

    Thanks for the info Kris. Once docs for ch 13 are submitted at federal reserve, will the bankruptcy appear on credit report? Also how is bankruptcy stopped after filing

      Yes, it goes on their credit report. THe BK will be discharged if they do not turn in docs after a certain amount of days...

    Once you get the homeowner to file, what do you do for them? I mean, what made them want file?
    What deal do you make on the home?
    Does this stop the foreclosure for Good?

      Well, since we don't practice law, neither do I offer legal advice, it's up to the home owner to figure out how they want to proceed with the BK. Once they file, it's all on them. Depending on the situation, we will buy the house, or the seller will stay as long as they can until the bank comes back to foreclose again. This does NOT stop the 4closure for good. It only will delay it. From my experience, once the seller files, they need to contact the clerk to set up a meeting to meet with the trustees. thnx so much for watching and talking to me.

      @@Cuffachick13 What info do you have to stop a foreclosure? I Don't think people understand that a Bank can not legally own a home. I know this comment will leave so many confused but they can't and soon as they file boom you can be on them for filing fraudulent paperwork with the clerk.     I am currently looking at Forclosure here in Portsmouth. Thank you for this. My husband and I have had a hard time of in and out work since 2021. Covid hit us hard. We have not received any papers saying anything about foreclosure BUT we did have a house survey on Monday. How much did this cost?

    Yes a bk will pause the foreclosure to give you time to figure out a solution. But in order for it to completely stop the foreclosure you will have to be eligible for a bk. Otherwise the court will dismiss it and you'll be back in the same boat. Facing foreclosure.
    There are other options if you're not eligible for a bankruptcy.
    And also important to note is a bankruptcy also negatively impacts your credit score.

    My moms house is in foreclosure because it was in a reverse mortgage and her sisters name was in the reverse. She passed. They are calling for the loan and did a short sale $85,500. Can I stop the foreclosure or delay it so I can buy the house in a few months.

    Kris by chance can we get an updated walk-thru of the forms video? I purchased the course on the link however the forms and website are much different now. While the forms are similar there not the same as in the videos. I also think its important that we as Investors disclose to sellers that if they truly feel they may need to do an actual bankruptcy this could effect them getting approved in the future and that this is just a temporary solution to save their home.

    Kris, here’s a scenario… home isn’t at the foreclosure stage, however mortgage is at a default, complying with the servicers for over a year with regards to a modification at lease for a trial mod, they’ve make it so hard till today. Would this work for them to later consider doing a modification.?

      From my experience NO. The SS dept usually doesn't even speak to the Foreclosure dept. It's crazy how these banks work my friend..

      random.. but i couldn't resist imparting some of my experience. A 'modification' is a scam to take your home.. FLAT OUT! mY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN IN A NIGHTMARE OF A REPETITIVE MODIFICATION LOOP. the lenders know what they're doing! How many times have you had to submit the same docs..?? They're playing the long game and will eventually deny the modification and then ur left with whatever options are available. I don't know what state ur in, but every state has grants available for homeowners that guarantee up to 50k. You would be responsible for the difference if they agree to it. I say 'if', it's guaranteed grant.. but if they want ur home more than the balance owed, Bankruptcy is always an option. Good luck man!

      After 120 days your home is going into foreclosure, unless you reinstate, file bk, which really only delays the inevitable or have a approved loss mit in the works. It’s really that simple.

What was the Cost in Virginia and was the $11,000 for Arrears and did that come from the Potential Buyer as a Downpayment? and was the $11,000 Cash Cashier Check or Money Order

      Hey Sonja, you have some serious questions. I'm not an expert on BK, I just know how to use it for protection. We don't deal with unsecured debt. We only deal with debt that's on houses, like in our training. The cost is around $310... I don't remember talking about any arrears but they don't go away. I'm sorry but I'm not following you with the $11k, what is that?

      It doesn't matter what the bank says, BK stops ALL CREDITORS my friend. Even the water company!!!

    Hi Kris, I got a condo in an HOA Foreclosure auction in Florida. Now the bank is in Mortgage foreclosure on the home, previous owner was a foreigner, I can't find the previous owner. The Bank won't give me the PAYOFF amount because i am not on the original loan. What steps should I do to get PAYOff amount directly from the bank not the plaintiff lawyers? Thanks Kris

      Well remember, you dont need permission to pay off a loan. I simply order the payoff from the bank, or the foreclosing trustee. U will need to call them and find out what the protocol is for ordering a payoff, should be simple but let me know.what happens

    I just recieved a ( notice of INTENT to foreclose ) and the owe on the mortgage is going to be up to almost 5 grand. 3 months behind . We can pay the mortgage now that we are both working but cant come up with the lump sum. Do you suggest bankruptcy? We have 4 kids also.

      @@NVTwistedProductions Yes, an automatic stay would stop the foreclosure. You can file Chapter 7 to liquidate all debts and then file chapter 13 to save your property by setting up payment arrangements. You can stall foreclosures for years if you know what your doing.

    What if their was a dismissal due to a loss of income before even starting to pay the chapter 13 plan payment, but still proceeded to make mortgage payments to keep the home would the mortgage company proceed to except payment.

    Hi Kris once the bankruptcy is filed what’s the next steps? Does the owner go through with the bankruptcy or do you somehow get it dismissed so you can close on the property?

      Great question, since I'm not an attorney I cant advise peeps on how to handle that, it's up to them. But yes were not buying the house immediately after they file, that's not possible. Thnx 4 watching.

      You can try. The servicer will just request mfr and judge may just dismiss it outright. These stalls tactics rarely work. Take it from a 17 year worker who’s strictly done foreclosures.

    How do you file bankruptcy on a private level when you wasn't pay by lawful money since 1933 bankruptcy of the U.S. under P.L. 1 48 Stat. Ch.1 AKA H.R. 1491? If your nation is bankrupt, you are not lawfully paid and the transfer of properties and goods is not in your hands as long you know it and comprehend it. It may work in many cases like it is shown here but the real bankrupt party is the US government and not you because you was never lawfully paid yet. Unless you are an employee of the US, you cannot be bankrupt because your nation seized to function based on gold and silver standard. Anything else is just a piece of paper or some other metals like steel, brass, cooper, aluminum, zinc..... which is a promise to pay some day in the future since 1933 and inflation always rising from the time the bankruptcy is declared by the government of any nation.

      @@krishaskins forgot some details, since the state of emergency in 1933, all courts have to function under administrative procedures since the 11th A. took out Art. 3 courts. It is imperative to watch and listen judges, lawyers, attorneys and recognize if they are sliding from one jurisdiction under another w/o informing anyone. Under the Administrative Procedure act of 1946, we can be only informants or plaintiffs. Never defendants since we are not employed by them. They cannot use their legal, corporate, administrative and statutory system against private Citizens. Separation of powers especially when dealing with foreign state. All this and the jurisdiction is setup maintained during the trial or hearing by the party of interest.
      C.J.S. volume 7 sec. 4, read it, it is short.
      Senate Document 43 Pg.13 in 1933, also short.
      50 U.S.C. sec. 841 nice and informative and very constructive.
      Senate report 93-549 emergency powers violating constitution.

    Hello,my sister received a mortgage acceleration letter from the firm Trott/Law stating that the entire amount is now due....does this mean they will not accept $7000 that she is actually behind in? She was sent the letter oct 2019. We live in a non judicial state, how long before this goes to auction?

      I’m in that same situation. I’ve been trying to make payments but they drag their feet and then the next call it’s more money is needed. Last Friday I was told if I came up with this amount it would stop foreclosure and then I called Monday to say I would have that money on Tuesday. My account person said hold on. When she came back she said it’s too late that they just froze my account to start foreclosure. She wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor or the foreclosure people!!!

      Great point, when the foreclosure is eminent, sometimes we could use a little time to think and get our affairs 2gether. We don't end foreclosure proceedings, that's another strategy. Thnx for letting that out there.

    I need help!!! Don't know what to do ...was told a foreclosure went into effect on nov 2 and i was never notified . I received a letter two days that my home was in foreclosure, i lost my job and was unemployed for 5 months i have a job now but my mortgage company doesn't seem to want to work with me and they keep changing the amount i need to pay in order to bring it current .it seems when i say i can get a certain amount they keep making it higher amount....I feel sick i don't know what their trying to do. We have had a va home for 10 years .We are first buyers our first home and the VA keeps saying work with my mortgage company with a loss mitigation but i was even told that is not a permanent fix so if they disapprove it we are screwed....I thought they wouldn't let a disabled vet lose their home and its him and my 2 children....What am i suppose to do .I keep running into a brick wall trying to get help .....

      @@elinduke9947 Thanks Elin for the information. We called the VA affairs & spoke to our VA advocate concerning the Mortgage & they told us to work with the Mortgage Company themselves. The VA advocate stated she can only monitor what the Mortgage Company does..👍🙏🙂

    You cannot stop a government tax foreclosure with this procedure.

    The title of your video should actually say the chapter 7 or chapter 13 only puts a temporary stay on a foreclosure, and usually, a person must reconsolidate their debt and mortgage payment, so I feel like you're doing people an injustice by making it seem as though this is a permanent fix, because it is not, and it only delays the process of foreclosure, which can still occur, even after the bankruptcy is filed! So you're stopping the foreclosure, but you're not explaining what needs to be done thereafter! This isn't a permanent fix, and I hate people who make videos & only tell half the story, and this is half the story, and you cannot file repetitive bankruptcies, either, otherwise, it will not stop the foreclosure, unless you can get the courts to agree with you, and stay the case! This is like putting a Band-Aid on a gaping wound! Let's just say this is one of many options to delay, a foreclosure, but it will not stop it indefinitely!
