I have never done these type of deals...I have tried but I have done about 17 surplus recovery deals since 2019. I am just trying to make a more consistant income from my hard work.

I am kind of nervous …I think I need some training to build my confidence lol … Do you have some mentoring program … someone who can hold my hand as I learn this lol … May be I need to practice first … I need to be prepared… 😊
Offering help when you're not really there to buy feels misleading and dishonest. You're preying on their emotions. You're there to evaluate the property and see if their willing to sell it. You should always be direct and clear with your intentions while being respectful. You can't offer help as bait only to them lure them into selling you their home. You are undermining the homeowner's intelligence.
Ok, i'm not sure how I'm being dishonest, but I see how you could think that. We offer other solutions to people because NOT ALL people want to sell their house. Other options will help the seller but we will not directly benefit..
