I was friends with 2. One eventually got gunned down at the club in Four Oaks, NC, the other is doing life no parole. I constantly think about how many times I had them over at my house, around my kids. Never thought that's how it would turn out because they ALWAYS AND I DO MEAN ALWAYS looked out for us. Miss you both.
when you are drunk, you physically loosen up and basically spread the damage throughout the body, ragdolling yourself, THAT is why the murderer almost always lives.
For the second story I hear a lot of people who openly admit the crimes like that want to be caught, and most of the time people don’t believe them because they openly admit it… it’s really a weird cycle
the person who is intoxicated during a car cash hardly ever dies because their reaction time is slower so it takes longer for them to tense up, and a completely normal person usually dies because they tensed up
I wasn't friends with anyone but I worked in a forensic psychiatric ward for a while. I also met someone who was a murderer there. His case was insanely tragic to me. He suffered from paranoid schizophrenia and was absolutely certain his dad wanted to murder him. So he attacked him first while he was asleep. After therapy he now deals with all the guilt because his sane mind obviously understands just how mistaken he was... Even more tragic: His mother was actually abusive towards him and his father was the one family member to always protect him from her...
8:21 There is a law for cases exactly like that it's called "Hausdrachen-Paragraph" which is (simply put) basically that if you live with someone who is constantly abusive, critical, humiliating you can get a lighteror no punishment because the law acknowledges that under this circumstance your feelings build up and you can snap any time, notjust specifically in a situation where you had been hit or abused by that person. That even counts when you planned the death.
I’ve heard that in drug or alcohol cases with crashes, the perpetrator often survives because they don’t tense up near impact because of their intoxication unlike the more sober victims, or something. Idk this might be false, so feel free to look into it :/
It’s so scary that if you were ever friends with a killer you would most likely never know…
And if you find out then 🔪🔪🗡️🗡️🩸🩸
Most people can turn into killers depending on circumstances.

Were they serial killers or did they kill because of some personal reasons?
It’s terrifying that these people could be anywhere, and you truly never know the people you think you know

It’s kind of like that one scene in the Heathers musical where everyone laughs to Veronica confessing her crimes 👁️👄👁️

No because imagine being the 14 year old that he was aiming for, massive survivors guilt
