KEA collects 12 to 25 lacs deposit to participate in the counseling. I don't know who can stop this loot.
Sir, as in Andhra Pradesh, there is a conflict regarding the last year fee to be paid for entire year or only a half year, in the same way why can't it be filed in court,..(I don't know much about the law sir, if I am wrong,ignore it)

The remaining seats come under NRI quota.
You cannot get a seat by direct approach, without counseling, in any college.
