Can we apply for internal seat in jipmer..students has birth, adhaar and ration card in pondicherry but studied in chennai because parents working in chennai
The candidates who have joined in All India Quota Round 3 will be blocked if the joined list of Round 3 is shared by DGHS.
This means if alloted n not joined in PG AIQ R3 - will be eligible in TN State R3 as you mentioned in FAQ session sir.

As per NMC web site. its still affiliated to the Pondicherry University. If there are any changes, we will come to know prior to the admission process.
What about lapsed nri in indria ganthi medical College
Yes, 1 seat was converted from NRI to management quota in IGMC last year in the stray round.

Yes, there is a 1% horizontal reservation for candidates who are Meritorious in Sports (MSP).
