Wire Wrap Pendant Tutorial 'Twirl & Swirl' by Kelly Jones.

Hello and welcome to my latest tutorial.
To make this pendant you will need -
• 0.8mm wire (20g) 3 x 12" (30.5cm)
• 0.3mm wire (28g) approx 200cm
• Cabochon (tear drop or oval shaped) 25mm by 18mm (you can use a similar sized stone, just remember to adjust the wire lengths accordingly)
• 2 x 3mm beads (or small beads around that size)
I no longer put links to tools on here.
The tools I use are:
• Tronex needle nose pliers
• Tronex short round nose pliers
• Tronex razor flush cutters
• Beadsmith flat nose nylon jaw pliers
• Occasionally I use tronex bent nose pliers
• Occasionally I use heavy duty wire cutters
• Occasionally I use xuron needle nose pliers
• Bobeeze bobbins (medium size with no extra weights)

It just takes a lot of practice and patience and work s l o w l y , you'll progress faster by working slower and watching all the wires and weaves taking shape.

Thank you for all of the amazing tutorials that you share with us. I want to make a ‘statement’ piece to wear to a wedding. I’m wondering if there is a way to find out the sizes of your pendants and earrings.

I don't have a lot of them now but I do try to photograph them in my hand and show the piece in my hand so you can roughly see the size (I do have quite small hands btw) 😊

do you just use round wire? your directions don’t mention square or half round.

You can use whatever you like, I use round on this one. I do use quare for other projects but it's hard to get hold of square wire over here.
