Please do your research. You don’t size your pipe by the size of the fitting on the equipment. It is calculated by the required btu’s of the equipment and also how many btu’s are being drawn on the line all the way back to the tank.
I purchased a new commercial stove and oven I'm using for an outdoor event. If I use the regulator that you have i dont need the ones the applicance came with?
Hi. I’m building a wood fired pizza trailer. I only need to heat the water. Can I just run a gas line from the water heater straight to a propane tank? Or do I have to build something like what you are doing. Thanks.
Hey Frank just wanted to let you know we finished our "Frank style" trailer. Passed our fire and health department inspections and started rocking and rolling last Friday! Thanks for all your help! I'll try to post pics if I can.
Hey Frank, I just put the horizontal 100lb tank under my p30 box truck/bread truck. It comes with a 3/4 valve on it only. I was going to use flex to tie it into the old system that is already 3/4 blackpipe. with regulators at "half" of the equipment. I am having a hard time finding any information on a 3/4 to 3/4 regulator and it I need one on the tanks and one on each device? any tips before I break down and hire a plumber to tell me how to set it up?
@brendahernandez2656 I don't really take calls like that, only way I help people a bit more 1 on 1. Is when they buy my ebook which is a pretty nominal cost, and I can book a video call if needed there
Frank, can a "T" be placed where the propane line comes into the trailer and run the water heater connection there and then continue to the rest of the manifold, This way one can avoid running flex hose around so long. Thanks.
Hey Frank, do you have any videos about connecting the lines to the appliances? Just curious what adapter or fittings is needed to go from appliances to gas line.
You actually don't need to seal the threads on flared fittings. The brass seals against the flare so it's not the threads that do any of the sealing. But it won't hurt anything to use em. Thanks for the videos, they've been a great help
Hey Frank, just wow thanks for all the videos. Buying my trailer in April and these are gonna prove to be and invaluable resource. I'm actually going to live in the thing until it's built out. Was wondering if you had any advice on the purchasing and selection of a trailer other than the screwed/unscrewed (which already helped me so much).
If I am going to be using one propane take can I still use this changeover regulator?
That I would not be able to answer with certainty only way I have installed every time is the way I have shown.
one question, where did you got that double propane tank plus generator, holder, i believe the generator sits on that top shelf right ?
never mind lol man i love your videos !!!!
@@tiagocabrera3582 I take it as you found the link? If yes. There we go :)
Does it matter if you use 1/2” gas lines vs 3/4, only running a 24” griddle and a fryer
I have seen thay it does not, however I am not a gas expert. Reason I used 3/ 4 is because the equipment fitting is 3/4

Hey frank Where to buy the e-book
WEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeee!!!!
Thanks again DUDEMAN!
You got it!!!! Anytime
How can I get the link to everything needed to run the gas lines?
Frank appreciate the step by step….. question how did you secure/attach the change over regulator to the z bracket?? It’s not a screw right ?
I have the same question. The holes on the back of the regulator aren’t threaded and I can’t find the right screw to secure it.
I love your show my question how high up off the floor dude my gas manifold need to be
There is no rule for that, I just put everything on the same level much easier

This time it's a hug and a kiss!
I'm about to start on frp and installing the vinvyl flooring
You're such an inspiration man
💯💯💯 appreciate that 😁

I'm almost certain you can go straight, only thing I'm not sure about is if you need a Regulator, the small kind before going to heater.
@@fbaltierrez would you suggest putting a regulator?
@@Catracho8ballpool what I would do if it was my trailer is definitely add a Regulator first and see if it works like that first
who Mfg the propane tank mount????
Flame king
i dont think you used enough pipe dope
Feels like it sometimes
Hola Frank que medida de pipa negra usa para el gas propano??
How did you calculate the size piping and regulator you needed?
thanks for all the helpful tips. the Facebook page is a must to join. the food calculator is a BIG BIG help. thank you Mizrah😀❤️

Where did you get the 90 to change over to the blacl pipe ?
From the Regulator was from Grainger
Lowe’s sells a four port gas manifold for $15 so I would build one unless you need some special design.
Frank can I call you jijijij. I need help with propane covers ion

Did you have any problems with fire department about gas lines/pipes for impact damage or vibration damages?
Zero issues

You can, the only thing there would that the water heater would not be connected to the manifold setup
@@fbaltierrez Thank you Frank!!
Hi frank what’s the used of water heater to the gas line?
Is it cheaper to build it yourself? If so how much savings are we talking?
Cheaper yes, about 10k and up savings. To me it was fun building it the first times, but some people just want to start selling. All depends
Buenos videos aunque ni le entiendo 🤪
