Not bad... not bad. However, you started cutting on a long strip of grass out near the road, then came over, and cut grass in the inner part of the yard. Then, you went back to the first strip, in order to complete it. You should always keep cutting grass on one section, then move to the next section when you're done with the first section. Your mowing skills are excellent, though. I'll give you that. Also:Do you use a weedeater? Just curious. You're young, strong, and appear to be a smart young man. If you decide to make a career out of Lawncare, you'll go far! Have a great day!
It has a plastic bar attached to the mower deck that pushes down the grass. It's called a stripeing bar. I have a video coming out later of my Craftsman 03LE mowing.
@@powerx64 no, some high end mowers have a roller on the back of the deck. But a normal MTD, Cub Cadet, John Deere, Electrolux, Craftsman, poulan, husqvarna, etc. don't have striping bars of any kind but if on full throttle they can probably suck up the grass and stripe like that. Some of Toro zero turn mowers do that really well but my John Deere LT 130 barley strips compared to the John Deere LA 250 garden tractor at my grandma's house so i guess it depends on the deck and the blade speed. My uncle has a Steiner 8850 with a 60" deck with a built in roller and it stripes really well.
That thing sounds awesome. Can't wait for the grass around here to be long enough to cut. Looks like that mower does a really good job.
It has a custom muffler that was originally used for Tecumseh engines but I took it apart and made the inside hallow.

I have a weedeater. And a leaf blower what in used to remove grass away from side walks and streets.
