I agree but it isnt a permanent fix to the problem for the elderly ! Yards have to be cut on a weekly basis ! Dont know of anyone doing it for free every week !
@@tnolan3176 It least for this community, I disagree. From what was said at video start, some were willing to continue mowing once the yard was reset by Sean. Plus we do not know how many lawns are currently maintained for free by neighbours. 👍

LOL - If I could afford it I would get a zero turn mower to continue the work. But the older community really appreciates the mowing jobs I do for free. Everyone here owns 5 acre lots and that is a lot to mow by hand. There are limitations in the detailing with a JD3038E and a 6' brush hog. Great job MLS!

What an incredible transformation! Turning a ‘blight’ house into a ‘light’ house is exactly what the neighborhood needed. Huge thanks for making such a positive impact!
Way to go Shaun!!! praise the Lord! I moved into my mother in-laws house in Detroit. She had moved to Plymouth. I was from Livonia. I took all my parents yard tools and helped the people around me. . I loved doing it. everyone needs a little help at times. I made friends with all the Neighbors. It was a wonderful time. The Lord has you there. And praise God you work so hard. such are an inspiration. He will go before you! He will fight for you He will make a way.
I’ve begun to wear neon safety vests while I work in our yard. Sometimes I’m near the busy street trimming, otherwise I’m in our backyard working the fence line cutting down vines and wild volunteer trees. As a 69-year old with physical limits, I carry my cell phone and if I fall or get hurt I need to be found quickly. The channel has taught me so much about yard work. Appreciate this channel so much. Our best from Minnesota ❤
No maga hatred on this channel. People standing united helping each other. It's contagious; in the background other neighbors are edging their walks and cleaning up. You are a true blessing dude!
Sean, what a difference you made for this neighborhood! It’s a cute house and it now looks inviting. I’ve watched you from the very beginning and have admired your work and attitude, you are different from all yard makeovers persons that I’ve watched. Please, please, please don’t become overwhelmed and change your great work! I got a chuckle with camera view of your face looking down your clippings bag and then the clippings falling in…that was fun! Great neighbors and neighborhood this week.

dude the front of the house looks night and day - the cement transition you fixed and trimming those bushes made such a huge difference. you are awesome.
I’d love to see some of the extra money go towards leaving some of the families you help with a lawn mower, weed whacker, and garden sheers. So many of them tell you they simply don’t have the money to replace broken or stolen yard tools. Or you can create your own volunteer run tool/equipment lending library like many communities have where folks can check out what they need for the day. Many lawn mowers can fold down to fit in a trunk now. You are such a badass using your influence to make meaningful change in your community!
@@deborahklink1924 my father made me and my twin mow our whole acre with one of those push reel lawn mowers (no motor, just four blades on a cylinder). It worked great and it’s a lot less likely to walk off, I bet. Less than $100 on Amazon and a bit easier to store. Maybe a good solution?
I used to use one of those mowers to mow my grandparents' lawn!! I had a push mower that was gas powered to mow our lawn when I was young. I enjoyed doing it. I understand the satisfaction that Sean gets from his restoration. 😊

As I watch your videos, I envision going back in time to be there on the day that the first resident moved into their brand new house (which now is run down). Someone built it, was excited about it, and made a major life change to buy it and love it. How I wish the houses could tell their stories!

With every connection, and each positive interaction, Sean, your dream gets closer to reality. It has also become our dream. Thanks for loving your neighbors & working hard. Your a great example!
I have spent the whole weekend watching all of your videos. I have sent several of them to family and friends just because I am in so awe of you. You are a blessing. Thank you for all you do!
What an incredible transformation! Turning a ‘blight’ house into a ‘light’ house is exactly what the neighborhood needed. Huge thanks for making such a positive impact!
These homes have great potential and all you did is improve the neighborhood one landscape at a time. Terrific job.
Congrats to the 40k. Best channel on youtube. I'm following you since the 3rd video, and now 450k+ subs. Amazing job man. 🤜🤛🎖️🏆
I like the way you take up the grass and not throw them on to the lawn. You're doing a wonderful job blessings ❤
Sean you are truly doing God's work helping humanity and restoring neighborhoods one home at a time, God bless you and your family.
No maga hatred on this channel. People standing united helping each other. It's contagious; in the background other neighbors are edging their walks and cleaning up. You are a true blessing dude!
Oh there are trolls on every channel. Thankfully, snarky comments are deleted.
I just reported one.
@@jacqueresch6534Me, too.
What's maga hatred?
Only Liberals Democrats are filled with hate and mentally ill with GODLESS EVIL such as yourself !
I too I have watched you from the beginning I live in Michigan I love everything you do with the yards and the homes you go that extra step thank you for your great work I look forward to Monday so I can watch your new video ❤❤❤❤
I am disabled but I’m OCD which means I push through the pain and do for myself and others. When I do finally sit to relax I have to watch your hard work which is rewarding. Thank you for doing yard work which I used to love to do when I had a yard. Many Blessings your way
GodBless you and drink water!😂 🙏🏼🙏🏼💖💖
dude the front of the house looks night and day - the cement transition you fixed and trimming those bushes made such a huge difference. you are awesome.
Excellent idea. I hope "badass" Sean will see your comment! :o)
You also have to take into consideration that they need some way to lock these tools up so they don't get stolen!
Good idea!
Angel among us. I love the work that you do and you helped get rid of my afternoon headaches that I’ve had for a decade! We truly listen to you. This ad actually helped!
Thank you for letting God use you.. You are such a Blessing to so many people.😊. Stay Blessed 😇🙏🙏🙏.
I love the fact that you don't Throw the dirt on to the grass.... Thank you 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I absolutely love your OCD habits!! I keep on saying to myself: "no way is he not going to fix that!". Great job!!!
I'm so proud of you & people like you.
You are such a blessing.
Keep up the great work, friend(s).❤
Sean, I'm sure you've made a difference. I've never seen a negative thing written about you. What you're doing is a positive thing. I'm sure all you've done for your neighbors has been greatly appreciated.
Wow! It looks like a new phase.
Indiana fan here, this one floored me! Sean, you are the man! Love your need to make things right. Such cute homes are left needing help and a new family, because they do look structurally good and have character. Just need some cosmetic help and maintenance. Hoping your improvements make a difference! Thank you.
I discovered this channel about 2 days ago and I’m loving the content. I just wanted to say thank you for what you do for the community and how you are able to change peoples lives. It absolutely warms my heart to see someone doing good deeds. Thank you for everything Sean ❤️
This is one of the best of this genre out here. I've never witnessed such a giving, honest and caring person as Sean.
Look at as many of his videos as you can as he grew in popularity over the things he does and just the little things too. He's the best ane has outgrown some of the first beginners in this kind of work.
Sean is an incredible human being and his channel's entire content is all about spreading his love throughout his neighbohoods, in a inspiring and uplifting manner. Welcome onboard!
Than you would probably like Flawless Cleaning and Earth Trim Gardens as well @@KKC2-o3z
Sean, you’re a man of your word. I love how you help people in this world not just talk about it but you actually do it. God‘s guiding you in every direction. I hope you understand that he always has a plan for us and his plan for you is to help Thank you and God bless
Fantastic job Sean. Thanks for sprucing up the house next door. It was really bugging me 😂❤😊 Can't wait for the roof and next door clean up.
Big hearted person. I fix veterans guitars for free . I have a shop. It's easy. This man is out there REALLY working. Thanks.Restores my faith.
As I watch your videos, I envision going back in time to be there on the day that the first resident moved into their brand new house (which now is run down). Someone built it, was excited about it, and made a major life change to buy it and love it. How I wish the houses could tell their stories!
Hi Sean, Watching you from Connecticut. OMG congratulations on the funds you raised for that very special family. Your Blessings will be multiplied a thousand fold.
I am so grateful for the care you’ve given to this charming little house and the volunteer trees and bushes on the neighboring property. Saying we need more people like you is an understatement. It would be wonderful to see you twice a week, with any help you might need. The property looks so much better now. I truly hope someone can restore this home to its former glory. I can envision a small family living there happily. Thank you Sean!
I just can't stop smiling, when I watch your videos. You are so positive and nice person, Sean!
Great work again, and congrats to success of your roof project.
Beautiful work as always.
GOD has so many crowns for you in heaven. You are an angel 😇 in the respect of what I see you do for others! Be blessed and never stop being you. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
First...well there are too many firsts, but firstly😃, I believe you inspired several other homeowners to get out and work on their own homes. Also, isn't that thee cutest house. Yes, it needs some TLC, but it's adorable. I could see myself in it. You remind me too much of me. I CANNOT walk past things that need attention even tho I am on a mission. Ugh! I love the interactions you have with the neighborhood. You, my friend, are appreciated...mucho! And so many people know and love you via TH-cam. You are a rockstar. Thanks, Sean for your commitment and love for your community. Blessings
You’re the epitome of “one person can make a difference”…. I absolutely love your content. It makes me happy, emotional, and joyful to watch.
Well so much excitement about last weeks transformation and the new roof coming to them. Can't wait! The nurse has a lot of seniors that probably need help that's a great connection there. Bless her for taking care of the elderly. The house looks so much better with all that you took away from it that was hiding it. It looks so different! Maybe neighbors will keep it tidy for their neighborhood. Looking forward to roof video! 😊❤
Sure hope your goal dream comes true, Sean. I appreciate your videos - I used to work so often in our garden (and it was heavenly) until this crummy chronic condition took my real joy away from me. I so miss the sun and the soil. Now I watch you and a calmness comes over me. God bless you and your family and your precious hands that sew the seeds of hope and beauty. ❤🍃
You’re going to hit 500K subscribers pretty soon.
You deserve the reward.
May your kindness bless you 10 fold😊
I go to sleep Sunday night looking forward to Monday morning. Am I supposed to start the day / week with a TH-cam video? No, but I can’t help it - you lift me up!
Same here, he's singlehandedly restoring my faith in humanity :)
i wished i could get $40K raised to get my roof done, porches, storm doors, relevel the place, but so glad everyone was able to help so you can con't to help the sister and brother
May God bless you for making a difference. 🙏🏼👍
Can't wait to see that new roof on Camilla's and brother house! If that $8k for the tree that was cut could be paid would be amazing! Keep up the good work and love thy neighbors! Blessings!
I love that you clean up a lawn as if someone was paying you to do it or it's your own property. You don't throw clippings or all the sod and grass you scrape off of the sidewalks into the yard to run over it with your mower.
Please, ask your dentist about drinking so much citric acid every day.
As my Grandfather said, 'all work is noble work.... IF you give it your all' Sean re-defines 'Noble work' ❤
@@fs6622 There is a Brit, Ben who does similar work, especially for the elderly. He started out with power washing and has grown to include yard recovery and landscaping, as well as building repairs with friends and other businesses. You think American laws get overgrown? The Brits have to deal with dense brambles. Check him out at Flawless Cleaning! Ben and Sean are my favorites.
She’s right about the dentist - I’m hoping it’s just a flavoring. The acid will weaken your enamel
You're the man. You go beyond what mowing is about. Love your work ethic. You're a very decent kind and giving man. Wow
Wow! That border reset did make a huge difference in the way the front of the house looks. Great job, as usual.
Sidewalk Sean! Let's see the house next door's transformation! Blessings, 😇💚💪
Nice to see you again Sean, it's the highlight of my week. Thank you for helping all these people. Best of luck from England
You and your colleagues do what politicians often can’t …. Help in really practical ways at a grassroots (pardon the attempted pun) level. Much love to you. That is such a cute little cottage ❤️
Haha! pun taken! :o)
That is what people used to do, help each other. Now they just expect the Government to do and pay for everything. And at the same time complain about high taxes.
Sean, you are an angel. Much warm love from Suriname, South America ❤❤❤
