I Started using Ozempic 44 days ago and have lost 34 pounds so far and am steady pulling old clothes and even new clothes out of the closet to try on and some are starting to fit. I also noticed that my portion sizes are drastically dropping to about the size of the palm of my hand. And i don't miss any of the snacks and foods. That's crazy for me being eating it was an emotional crutch for me all of my life. Some people abuse Drugs, alcohol, but my vice was overeating. Not anymore. My new vice is being able to get out and start doing things because i am slowly getting more energy and stamina. The key thing i did notice with weird feelings or side effects is to NOT inject the medicine anywhere in your stomach, front or side, but in the thighs or thick parts of your legs. There is something strange about placing your shot anywhere near your stomach.
What dose weekly you followed?

Hi how did you deal with the side effects? Thank you 😊
I started my lifestyle change on November 11, 2023. It's not just about weight. It's about being healthy too. I'm doing a combo of low carb and carnivore. No artificial foods, no sugar substitutes and eating foods low in oxalates. I take supplements and drink unflavored electrolytes. I became fat because I would engage in stress eating (loved anything and everything with sugar and carbs) due to a high pressure job/career. I quit working in that line of work. I did a lot of damage to my body including having a fatty liver. Now, I have to undo the damage. It's not just about weight loss, it's about changing how I ate. It's a lifestyle change. It means I have to do this forevermore. My life is worth it. There is no magic drug. You can't keep eating the way you want and take a drug. You have to get real with yourself and research how you need to be eating. It's not just about reducing calories and exercising more. It's about nutrition. I don't have cravings now for sugary stuff because I don't have sugary stuff nor sugar substitutes that trigger that part of the brain. I don't eat a lot anymore because the foods I eat are high in protein and filling. It's not empty calorie foods causing me to crave more. Losing weight super fast is not good either. Everyone wants instant gratification. I didn't gain a 100 lbs overnight...so I can't lose it overnight either. Patience and being knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise is how you get it done. And eating less Cocoa Puffs (like they showed in the beginning of the video) IS NOT going to do it for you!! Cut that horrible sh*t out of your diet or you will be on wegovy for life!
Lol yeah they show coca puffs and pizza.
Do NOT take this shot in your stomach!!! Take it in your leg!!
Wegovy saved my life! I was 1 step from diabetes at 295lbs in Sept 2023. It is now Feb 2024 and I weighed in a couple days ago @ 234lbs. I lost 61 lbs but I am still overweight. My goal is 185 lbs and I hope I will reach that by Sept 2024. I did experience the common side effects of nausea and constipation but they have subsided. Everyone is different but Wegovy has worked for me and I’ve tried all weight loss fads since 2004.

Wegovy has been a game changer for me with minimal side effects!!!
After being in a car accident, I put on 80 lbs. My doctor suggested Wegovy, and I’m thankful everyday it is covered by insurance. So far I’ve managed to go from 238 to 195 in five months and still going toward my goal weight of 160s. With healthier eating and increased physical activity, I’m focused on meeting my goal and maintaining!
I wish more employers would include weight loss medication for their insurance coverage.
I’m 5’8” and was considered slim my whole life. From 35 to 50 my weight stayed steady at 130lbs. When I turned 49 my periods became once every 3 months. Then in my 50’s they stopped altogether. This is exactly when the weight began to come. Within 5 months I gained 15lbs and was now 145lbs. I felt uncomfortable at that weight & was sure I’d take it off. Within another 6 months I weighed 168lbs…..I was horrified. I hadn’t changed my eating habits at all. The only thing that changed was I was post menopausal. 9 months later I needed ER surgery for a kidney stone. They asked about my weight. I knew I had gained even more weight since I last weighed 168lbs. So I assumed I was around 175lbs. When they actually weighed me I was absolutely horrified that I was now 206lbs. I broke down & hated myself. This was in 2020. Then Covid started & we had to quarantine, great excuse to hide in the house. I lost my dearest Aunt in June 2020, she was like a second mother to me. I couldn’t say goodbye to her because the borders were closed. I became even more depressed. I didn’t leave the house other than to visit my mother at her nursing home. She had dementia & god bless her would always mention “ my god ( my name ) you’ve gotten huge, what happened? I stopped looking in the mirror, haven’t worn makeup in 4 years. Let my hair go & sadly my teeth. I suspect I weigh about 220lbs ( my boobs have to weigh 20lbs easy ) I’ve started fixing my teeth, thank god I have the money to. I now have high blood pressure 1st time in my life. So I’m praying my Dr. Will prescribe Wegovy for me & my insurance will cover it. I want the old me back. Wish me luck 🍀
@@HandbagDivaif your doctor doesn’t, I would find another doctor, at least to get prescribed and regular blood tests. There are plenty doctors that recognize the success of Wegovy. Best of luck to you!
My update, officially in the 180’s. So getting closer to my goal weight. 😊
This is amazing! I did not know it can be prescribed by doctor and covered by Insurance!!!!! What kind of doctor?
@@HandbagDiva they announced this week Insurance companies are not going to cover it anymore
What did you start on?
*This video serves as an important resource for anyone considering these medications as part of their weight loss strategy. Thank you for providing such informative content!*
I need to start taking this asap
After waiting over 4 months for any of these medications to come off of backorder, I was finally able to start Wegovy 3 weeks ago. I have lost a few pounds, but most importantly I’m not snacking on unhealthy foods, I stop eating when I’m not hungry, so portion control is so much better! A lot of times I’m not hungry at all and not thinking about food. Unfortunately the low dose I have started with is on backorder again! So my Dr is increasing it to the next dosage. The pharmacy has better luck with that dose. I wish the manufacturers would get with it and finally make more to meet the demand.
One you look amazing! WTG! My question is how do you deal with the side effects?
Ozempic is covered by my insurance. I’ve been on it for two weeks, I haven’t noticed any difference. I’ve changed my diet and I walk everyday and lost 10 pounds before taking ozempic. I hope it really works.
Have you seen a difference yet? 😊
Hopefully my insurance covers this medication I have been struggling since I was a child.
how van i get it without a dicktor? Im in the USA with no health insurance. What countries can I go to in order to access this drug?
actually those they if i quit the office job , just work for 4hours a day, then i lost weight or dont gain pounds under such low stress environment. In fact I eat less, but also have less money to spend.
Hold on, is the shot at 7secs filmed by the millennium tower in Sofia, Bulgaria?or is there just a similar building in Texas?
Keto plus intermittent fasting. Eat until you are gorged. You will lose your weight. You do not have to stay on this diet forever. Just lose the weight, and THEN, now and then add a decent portion of high carbs into your diet. I just hate to see folks starve themselves so the weight comes off. Frankly, at my newly 120 pounds ( of 3 years ), I can out eat ANYONE at our table.❤️ 5-4-2024. ( Next Saturday my daughter and I are going to an “ all-you-can-eat catfish, hushpuppies, and fries “ restaurant outside Atlanta. Guarantee you I will out eat anyone around me ! 😋
I ordered wegovy. I got fat the last 2 years working from home and got married. Been in a vacation mindeset since 2021. Was fun for sure but time to drop some fat and get back to living right and eating right.
How and where did you order?
How order
This comment is exactly why drug companies are legally allowed to poison US CITIZENS. You lazy farts lie on your arse all day then complain when diabetes comes knocking. Now all of a sudden only a miracle drug can dig you out of the cesspool you ate yourself in.
I felt this 😂😂😂
Hey what’s the update
Insurance will cover if you are taking for diabetes, and your numbers are over the guideline that will qualify you for insulin.
Or if you have a chronic thyroid issue like me.
I wonder how long the nasty side effects of this drug will take to be discovered.
Probably just as long as any other medication and their side effects. 🤷🏻♀️ The only “severe” side effect I’ve had is losing 56 lbs. in seven months. 😉
@@c.hunter631good on you bro
@c.hunter631 do you take yours in your stomach or leg?
Exhaustion, kidney risks, gain all weight back plus 8 lbs.
And the associated risks with being obese?
It's worth it.
Interesting that you do not mention a word about the risks, such as thyroid or pancreatic cancer and many others ... also that you have to use it for a lifetime, because otherwise you immediately gain everything again, you mention with not a syllable ...
Thyroid and pancreatic cancer ? 🙄 stop the lies
There are risks with every medication. It’s a personal choice and a person should weigh the benefits and risks before taking ANY medication. I get blood tested regularly to help relieve some concerns.
If you loose weight lifting weights or weight watchers, you need to continue for the rest of your life as well... you can't just save money and stop your gym membership or go back eating like before... or you will go back to your old habits as well. That isn't rocket science. It happens with all people that diet. Very few stay on their new weight unless they continue with exercise and staying on a low intake of calories. The new medicines help keeping you full, so you don't think of food all the time or have a craving for it. Of course it will come back if you stop... just like your muscles will disappear if you quit exercising.
@MS-hc1ei It's not the same as stopping the gym and going back to old eating habits. This medication mimicks the hormone GLP-1 (hormone that makes you feel full). Taking it will eventually make your body produce less of this hormone on its own.Once off the medication, people have reported gaining as much as twice the weight back from what they were before taking the medication. You will not be able to regain the ability to produce the same levels of the GLP-1 hormone once off the medication, making you reliant to it for life. And then there are the other side effects...
you don't have to use it for life time if after losing almost all of your fat away you feel alot of energy and feel amazing then that should motivate you to eat healthy now and workout everyday, duh
what did she mean when she said "i like to keep it at 10000 a day"???? 10000 steps or 10000 calories???
Steps
you cant stay on it forever,,,,,than the weight come back on....
$1300 a MONTH!?!
congra🎉
If you over eat you pay the price with
If you over, eat on the wrong, Fuji pay the price with indigestion and diarrhea, but it definitely curb your appetite
To bad no one can afford it
10 thousand calories a day? Whatttt
I think she was referring to steps 😊
So sorry...my phone is cracked...I can't see.....This drug causes. ..a slow down in the food going through the intestinal tract....More keep dying.........😢
it's not a body problem it's a mental problem overeating is.
But it helps
I will try it after Dr Morgan does.
Fat shaming is not cool.
Dr Morgan could use this drug herself. Someone who is over weight and is a Dr sends shivers down my side..
your mom could probably use that drug too.
You do know that conditions and medications exist that cause weight gain or inability to lose weight.
And considering the work hours many doctors have, it is not surprising that a doctor is not the picture of health.
Is it wrong to be overweight and ok with it ? Fat shaming is not cool.
@@bate01071 No one is actually "OK" with being fat.
You might think you don't care, but the health costs and morbidities from the huge obesity epidemic gripping our culture is having a massive effect.
There's no dodging the consequences of a body groaning under a load of fat!
The best exercise for losing weight is to lift both arms straight out and PUSH your massive body away from the table, hope this helps.
You know what else works? Whole food plant based. No processed food or oils. Get natural to be your natural weight
Dangerous mefication...
spell check, doc 🙄😅
@@Julie-gi3pf ...Sorry...dropped my phone front is cracked ....Hard to see...Thanks...😁
@@Julie-gi3pf ...Again..so sorry
My phone is cracked ...getting a new one...this weekend....Thank you ......🌞....Research the medication...more people have died...Lawsuits are coming...by those hurt....by this drug..😞
nah b this aint it
coming from a skinny girl from young
ur head shouldnt be this big
Wait until you quit taking it and your starved body will claim the missed calories! But don’t worry , the chemo you’ll need for thyroid cancer will still keep you skinny!
@inab777 truth hurts
Basically you won’t be a slob and eat every second of the day. I’ll stick with amphetamine. Makes you feel full??? Drink a lot of water🚪
I take medications that make me gain weight. Does that make me a slob?
Bros calling people a slob when his pfp is inappropriate, never touched a female in his life
Omg you’ve solved obesity. Has no one ever thought of not being ‘a slob’ before? 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
trash
Adderall works the best for me but doctors hate to give it anymore :(
