It could be possible that this generation of “cousins” were never told particular family secrets that the older generation are aware of. I just binged the 2nd episode - and I think that Lou could be Ghost father!! They have to be related because this show is based on family relationships.

What's messing up a lot of theories is that the writers are not themselves following the storyline. I can't recall where I saw it online but it was stated that they wouldn't be sticking to the facts. They are just going to over look or throw out altogether the previous events that happened in O.G Power. As a fan I really don't want them to do this, that's just lazy writing. They don't want to take the time to go back to the O.G Power and build a believable storyline that would fit. The part about Lou being Ghost's dad, NO...Sorry don't see that. Now its possible that Lou and Ghost's dad met and he could have maybe played music and possibly come through the club, where he got the idea to open a club of his own. Now the part about them changing there name is crazy, and that would be stupid of them, because why would anyone go through the trouble of changing their name only to continue living in the same neighborhood where you've lived your whole life. Everybody knows you, the point of changing your name is to have a new identity that people don't know, so you would need to move away where people don't know you to have a new life.

I was watching OG Power. Angie was looking up Ghosts personal information. His drivers license shows Ghost DOB is 4/5/1974. On Fandom, it shows Ghost was born in the year 1980. Lou Thomas was born in 1963, which if Ghost was indeed born in 1980, that would put Lou at 16-17 years, which could be a possibility. I am sure the DL Angie was looking at was a fake ID of some sort. Marvin was born in 1955, so if Marvin is actually "Uncle Gabe", who took over the bar for his "deceased brother, Curtis," that would put him at around 60 plus years old. Finally, Kanan was born 8/15/75 and it was said that he was about 4-5 years older than Ghost and Tommy. This is what I am "guestamating!" Great content BTW. 👊🏾👍🏿

Nah, Lou being Ghost father would make Jukebox and Kanan first cousins. There would be no way that Kanan would have been able to turn Tariq against Ghost by telling the boy that is name was slim because they would all be related. That theory doesn't make sense.

Ghost mother is Kanan Best Friend Sister. That is why he speak fluent spanish. She came back from California and raised Ghost at home. She never told Lou she was pregnant or at some point after her brother get killed, she come home for the funeral and end up staying and rekindle her relationship with Lou. That’s why Kanan took Ghost up under his wing and he never killed Ghost and Tommy for snitching. He felt guilty for either killing his uncle or allowing him to get killed at some point in the Raising Kanan Power Book Universe Series .

The issue with this theory is that Ghost mother would be Irish, they were shamed for having a black child this can proved based on power Force, when Tommy's mother explained why she abandoned JP. As far as I remember Ghost's mother was never mentioned in the show which leads me to belive that his mother abandoned him at a young age.

I feel like the end of season 3 or season 4 is gonna answer a lot of these questions. But I do think uncle Lou is ghost father. Lou Curtis Thomas. Ghost had his mothers last name.
What's messing up a lot of theories is that the writers are not themselves following the storyline. I can't recall where I saw it online but it was stated that they wouldn't be sticking to the facts. They are just going to over look or throw out altogether the previous events that happened in O.G Power. As a fan I really don't want them to do this, that's just lazy writing. They don't want to take the time to go back to the O.G Power and build a believable storyline that would fit.
The part about Lou being Ghost's dad, NO...Sorry don't see that. Now its possible that Lou and Ghost's dad met and he could have maybe played music and possibly come through the club, where he got the idea to open a club of his own.
Now the part about them changing there name is crazy, and that would be stupid of them, because why would anyone go through the trouble of changing their name only to continue living in the same neighborhood where you've lived your whole life. Everybody knows you, the point of changing your name is to have a new identity that people don't know, so you would need to move away where people don't know you to have a new life.

I was watching OG Power. Angie was looking up Ghosts personal information. His drivers license shows Ghost DOB is 4/5/1974. On Fandom, it shows Ghost was born in the year 1980. Lou Thomas was born in 1963, which if Ghost was indeed born in 1980, that would put Lou at 16-17 years, which could be a possibility. I am sure the DL Angie was looking at was a fake ID of some sort. Marvin was born in 1955, so if Marvin is actually "Uncle Gabe", who took over the bar for his "deceased brother, Curtis," that would put him at around 60 plus years old. Finally, Kanan was born 8/15/75 and it was said that he was about 4-5 years older than Ghost and Tommy. This is what I am "guestamating!" Great content BTW. 👊🏾👍🏿
