Very interesting. I have a vintage 10" rotary with a grout brush and I used it on a small job and it worked very well. I think the smaller diameter brush is the key and your point about the OP dancing on the tile is accurate.
I have to agree with your 500 sq. ft. advice. As the cleaner you will get more for your time. I apply that logic as well with house's. Small and medium houses's are more profitable and always always never take on the clutter dome ones. Looks great that ryobi is impressive!
Is there a benefit to using the Ryobi vs the Oreck with a brush attachment? I use the green brush all the time to agitate before hwe. I got a new op with medium brush so I can’t wait to try it on T&G.
The benefit is it can reach in tighter spaces and it cleans much better with spinning instead off oscillating that sometimes dances over deeper grout lines.I can control the movement better than the Oreck. I’ve trialed and errored both for years. This is better by a long shot for better results, imo.

Indeed.

Well said!
Good job, which solution did you use?
Peroxallent on I got on Amazon. Combine orange oil and peroxide.
@@bmcarpetcleaningandfloorca4410 Thanks!
To neutralize, you simply spray with a vinegar mixture, then use the orbiter to extract? This suffices to prevent any residue?
Yes the floors seemed to come out nice here. What type of solution did you use for this job?

@@bmcarpetcleaningandfloorca4410 nice, i had been wanting one but never got around to getting one. Maybe I’ll get one soon then.
@@BUCKSHOTSTVit’s good for small areas. Or agitation in bad areas before you use your spinner.
