How Death Prophet's Exorcism Actually Works

Ghosts can't hurt tombstone and similar totems, cuz they don't have actual health. Their "health" depends on the number of attacks. But Veno's wards or TA traps don't. They have natural health and can be destroyed by Exorcism.
Yep that's right, I remember the times when undying's tomb had health instead of attack number to destroy and DP's ghosts could destroy it easily
Thats not the correct reason. The real reason they dont attack is because then undying veno wud become useless and easily countered by deathprophet . The ghosts DO attqck as seen in the video , they just dont count
You forgot to mention that death prophet gains extra speed during exorcism and that extra speed buff will linger until all the spirits have returned to her. So in theory even if exorcism duration has ended if you run away from your spirits you can hold on to your speed boost buff for a few extra seconds.

How Windranger's Shackeshot works:
- Shackleshot always prioritizes units first over trees, and prioritizes connecting to the farthest unit/tree from the target unit.
- Shackleshot only looks for targets within a 575 radius, but this is constrained to a 46-degree cone shape with the wide/base part of it facing where Windranger is facing. This is why you never see Shackleshot binding units to other units or trees beside them.
- If above conditions fail, Shackleshot will only do a 0.75 stun duration.
- Like all other single-targeted spells, Shackleshot will be blocked by Linken's Sphere when targeting a unit that has one. However, if you have Linken's Sphere but a target behind you got shackled and you became it's secondary target, then it will not be blocked.
I think you forgot to mention that, becoz the spirits return to DP every time they attack, they will attack more frequently the closer DP is to that target since they spend less time travelling. So if you can do it safely, hugging enemy or tower during exo kills them faster.
The math has been done and the optimal spot isn't hugging the unit but somewhere around DP's attack range(I forgot exact number). This is due to the fact that the spirits have abysmal turn rate so they take longer to return when too close.

Edit: It's apparently around 200-350 units for Max damage. Anything closer than that will deal less damage. I'm pretty sure I can't post link but Google Vilko's tip #8, it will lead you to a post on r/TrueDota

BRO ! i've been playing dota for years, like 6 or so. this spell was always a mystery to me, obviously i know it deals a lot of dmg and all, but still the way it works was a complete mystery, thanks for this xD
DP's ultimate targeting wards used to be a pretty decent way of countering old techies, as long as no other units were around the spirits would automatically clear any mines they could see. Mildly useful against SS wards too

Tips on attacking tower as the spirit travels back to dp after attacking it is best to get close to the enemy tower while on SS duration

Monkeys can hit only when reaching their point on arena. So you can easy stun and 5 attacks from first circle, if you targeting R on enemy

You mentioned in your video that Shiva’s Guard is good against her because of the Armor it provides against the Physical Damage of the Ghost. AFAIK, Ghost damage can’t be reduced in any way. Towers is one of the best proofs for that, them having high armor. And also, Crimson Guard and Vanguard damage block passive and even the active doesn’t block the ghosts damage. It can still pierce through for full damage. Correct me if I’m wrong but this is legit info, unless they’ve changed it recently in a patch. Also Aghs ghosts deal more damage per second if you have high attack speed. Moon Shard, Madness, Witch Blade, etc. cause of the fast spawning of ghosts per attack projectile of right click that comes from DP. Theoretically, if DP rights click a hero or tower in close up/melee range, it deals more damage per seconds because it reduces the travel time of the ghosts back to DP and can therefore immediately attack again.

@@kakashi04 reduced speed, heal, slow, what else do u need, the ghost if it deal physical, it should reduced incoming damage from ghost but since it is spell maybe it's different

Can you do od astral all skills? I find od skills so hard to understand. I dont get the mana pool stuff. Mana pool difference. On how it deals damage and stuff. I know mana pool is the overall mana of od. But still sometimes it deals very low

Can you please make one about Skywrath's global concussive shot. I've noticed that it follows the enemy hero through fog but sometimes hits the spot where the enemy hero was last seen.
ofc, skywrath's concussive shot can be dodged afterall, if the spell is traveling while the targeted hero is either blinked, going invisible , using euls , or smoked concussive shot will hit the targeted enemy hero last seen.
How does Howl works? i thought it reduce only base damage, but then i noticed it works on green damage too. but what is this lvl25 talent then?

A vid idea, how effective hp/mana regen per cost a bottle can give you compared to traditional regen items( not consumables) considering you dont use certain heros to refil like tinker ember kk before 20 min mark on most effective routing to runes

On your next video can you explain the difference of dispel and break? It's confusing for passive ability heroes 😅
Dispell removes buffs on enemies and removes debuffs on allies.
Break prevents enemies' passive skills from activating.
Take Bristleback and his ult for instance.
You can't dispel his ult to remove stacks but you can break him to prevent BB from getting more stacks. Break will also prevent his skill bristle back from activating making him easier to deal with.

It's literally just a copy-paste of Sand King's Epicenter, except the pulses do not increase in radius, but it does pulse faster over time (peaking at 0.2seconds), and that it heals Beastmaster and nearby units under his control. The pulses stop when the duration ends, Beastmaster dies, or if he's stunned or slienced.

You have to differ on spell dmg and magical dmg. Spell dmg can be both physical and magical dmg from

@@Tekapeel No. One of the tricks got patched. Troll used to be able to spam W out of range (in ranged form) during ult and it would make him actually control where he moved if he didn't want to chase an opponent under tower.
Also, Troll can switch the units he's attacking if he's in ranged form and the enemy steps out of his attack range and he switched to melee so he is less kiteable during ult.

How about the ghost interaction with unit that has evasion tho? do they still miss their attack but heals dp or the ghost attack just never miss
They just never miss
They are immune to evasion, so under normal circumstances they should never miss. It's a holdover from DotA 1, where they had the Locust ability. It's probably still possible for attacks to miss if, for instance, the target becomes invisible or invulnerable right after they launch the attack but before it hits. In that case, I imagine they won't heal anything for the missed attack, though I haven't tested it.
