I injured my right leg when shooting, so I was afraid to shoot with my right so I used my left more, I used both my legs for dribbling and it helps so much, it makes openings and more confidence.
It comes over time to have a weak foot that responds as well as you dominant foot.. you are really an inspiration to keep the hard work going.. this was so chill and also gave me many ideas.. thank you and love your work, keep them coming and i will keep watching.. from South Africa 🇿🇦
This guy is so damn good… makes you wonder what separates everyone from those playing professional to those playing at the elite level makings millions.
Very impressed with the speed and control of your dribbling and touches 👍 (especially the two cone drills). I’m definitely going to try out these drills with my weak right foot. Keep up the great work!
Ah Michael, you reminded me of my old coach from my younger days. Back then I was all left footed (pretty good though) but didn’t fully appreciate how predictable that made me as a player. So my coach told me at the last training session before a semi-final in a Cup competition (after painting my left boot with the white line paint) said to me “If there is ANY paint on the ball at the end of training then you won’t be playing in the semi-final Okay!) Well, that really shook me and I made sure I never touched the ball with my left foot. At the end of training I was relieved as, although I had made errors using my right foot, I was confident I would be playing in the semi-final. To my horror, my coach picked up the ball and held it in his hands saying “ What’s this?” I looked at the ball and it had several white paint marks on it. I couldn’t believe it. I said “But coach, I never touched the ball with my left foot!!!” He then said “I know, I rubbed the ball on the touchline just now, but I wanted you to know that by using your right foot you are twice the player you were before” I was so relieved that I actually listened to what he meant. We won that cup and yes, I learned to be two footed and trust my right foot. Michael, it’s vital that players aim always to use both feet so that any decision made can be completed without thinking. This was a blast from the past Michael so thanks for that.👍
@@7mlc 100% true. My uncle was my coach and he was as mad as a box of frogs but I learned so much from him. He even arranged for the team to visit the old Wembley Stadium and walk on the hallowed turf the week before we played in the Cup final and it made us all feel like champions before we actually were. I once asked him why he did paint my boot and he told me life doesn’t wait for genius. That talent did what it could but genius does what it must. I’ve never forgotten it and passed on those bits of wisdom throughout my coaching career. 👍
Always love a weak foot vibe, so crucial in matches to be able to ‘go both ways’ 💪 The speed you execute the drills in is mad! 🤯🔥 6:57 - There it is! 🔥
And you want to tell me that you have weak foot, nah fam, you’re 6/5 stars weak foot…Anyway thank you for the amazing videos, we are learning so much from you, love from Bulgaria!❤️🇧🇬
Pep must see this guy. He might want to sign him. I don't know about his his knowledge and understanding of the pitch and but his ball master and dribbling is way too good he would make a good winger for city where outstanding ball control and ball mastery is need for close tiki taka by used by Pep 😊
Great Video! I have been doing a lot of these drills on your other videos too! You should make a video that you can do inside because right now its snowy and cold hopefully the weather will get better in a few weeks.
Excelentes exercícios 7MLC. Na minha opinião essa e a chuteira mais bonita de todas as que eu conheço! Como e usá-la? É realmente vc e totalmente ambiestro sua perna esquerda e muito boa! Parabéns 👏🏾.

Whew! 😅 What a session man! Question - did you use only one camera for the whole session? Just moved different places for the camera angels? Trying to build my soccer training channel 😊
I think I would prefer to wear the laceless in a match because they feel more speedboot-esque. They feel like a laceless X with striking elements which I love 👌 Having said that, I would still be very happy wearing the FT version in a match for the nostalgia, and they perform very well.
Can you please start putting the number of reps and the distance between the cones? I want to do these but I don’t know how many repetitions to do. Thank you!

Hi! I am 14 years old and my dream is to be a proffesional footballer. I am training almost every day. Now i feel a little pain in between my rigth calf and hamstring. Should i take a restday? I mean the last 3 days i have been on 3 team trainings and played 4 matches 11v11 (28 min per match)

Hello, I'm from Russia and I really want to buy a training course from you. But due to the fact that we have a friend’s volta, I don’t know how to pay, is there a way out of this situation?
Brother, please help me. I have goals to improve a specific area, how can I improve it without sacrificing my skills from other areas? let's say I want to improve first touch, if I work half of the session on first touch, I don't have time to work on finishing, dribbling areas, but I want to really improve some area without sacrificing another. and how much exercise is generally enough if my goal and my whole focus is on improving the area?
Why can’t you combine multiple areas into one exercise? For example, you pass the ball into a rebounder, control it, dribble through some cones, then finish. In one exercise you’ve worked on and improved 4 areas of the game, without using any extra time.
I could watch this type of videos all day and never get bored.. pretty chill and can learn from it too

The age at which you equalize the repetition of touches with both feet is the most significant factor. If you equalize the touch repetitions beginning at 6 years old you will be ambipedal guaranteed. So what do you do if you are 12 or 13 and just starting? You will have to unlearn the bias you have taught yourself for years. That can only be done by mind-numbing extra repetitions with both feet and even then for some, it may never be possible to equalize. Does that mean you should give up?
