I’m in the blm group on Facebook and let me tell you I was stalking his bid! He was beautiful. I hope he went somewhere nice.💕 My cattle, donkeys and goats are enough for now lol. My 2 old mares have passed away and I’m taking a break from horses for now but maybe one day I’ll bid on a mustang.
Good choice, there are so many very nice horses that get left behind, and frankly, you can’t tell their temperament from the videos. We brought a mustang home last November. We picked her because she was trotting large, easy circles, beautiful extension, ears perked and calm. She looked like an old pro being round penned. I thought this pretty girl would be wonderful to teach my kids on someday. We brought her home and discovered she is far and away the most aggressive horse I have ever worked with. We spent two weeks desensitizing her to us approaching her pen so she wouldn’t charge at us across the fence! She is doing really well now, but sometimes even the calm looking ones can turn out kind of bonkers! She still hates my husband and will go out of her way to cross the arena and glare at him.
Awesome job to your friend for winning the buckskin dun mare, can’t wait to see when y’all pick her up. That palomino dun was a good built mustang with lots of hoof and bone and good confirmation. You should’ve bid on the gray mare and tried to outbid for her. Can’t wait til you guys bid and win your dream mustang. My wife and I are in NE Georgia and only have one Quarter Horse mare left, she’s a granddaughter of Peppy San Badger on the top side with Eddy, another line of Mr. San Peppy, Dry Doc with Ranch mare bloodlines and Go Man Go from the Bogle Ltd Ranches in Dexter, SE New Mexico. She’s 19 now and gritty, we used to use her and other geldings we had for Team Penning and Ranch Sorting! We bought her dam as well but sadly had to have her put down at 26 years old, she was 18 when we bought her, she’d just had a filly, (our mare) and was carrying a stud colt, that she had at 19. She was a good broodmare that had 12 -14 foals during her life of the Bogle Ltd Ranches and we had a stud colt, the last one she carried, plus the mare we have now. Awesome video and can’t wait to see more of this buckskin dun mare!
Thank you!! I know, that grey was really a nice girl. I think she had a great mindset! Sounds like a really nice mare you’ve got!! We appreciate you watching ☺️
She’s pretty capable! Haha she already has a few mustangs and has trained a few in the past. But I will definitely tag along to pick up her buckskin girl!! ☺️☺️
We have a massive brown gelding from the Northern Nevada Correctional Facility auction. Those guys do an excellent job training the wild horses ready to finish to your satisfaction. He is the second horse my family have bought from their auction. We did his DNA test, which came back Holsteiner. You can get anything that you want in a mustang if you follow the auctions.
Thank you for the advice navigating this auction but sorry that you didn’t get your dream horse. That seems like a solid mare your friend purchased though.❤❤😊
You’re welcome! It’s a little daunting the first time so I thought maybe my experience could help someone else who wants to try and bid on there ☺️ I am so excited for my friend!! She got a good one ☺️❤️

Mustang are highly intelligent and so loyal but you must gain their trust, immediately gain their trust. I’ve had two in my life, both are the best horses I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Sure footed, wise and so much fun. So happy for you guys!!
You can still go look at burns! Just can’t adopt yet. But you can still do the drive thru tour. Some of the horses have tags and some don’t. You can also call the Boise location and talk to Raul and ask him if there are any available there and if you can come look.
@@msduckyislucky8536 thank you! Yes burns is open those mustangs just aren’t quite available yet ☺️ a couple hundred will be leaving for some youth mustang competitions so you might end up picking out a horse that isn’t available right now. I haven’t spoken to them about Boise yet, just because I haven’t gotten a hold of anyone. I’m curious to find out if they have any available ☺️👍🏼

@@MTN_BUILTI will for sure keep you posted on our journey! I train horses for a living but this is my first Mustang. I’m looking forward to picking her up :)
I watched this auction, it was so fun. I bid last auction and won. It was extremely stressful, it was awful! I am so glad that you did not spend that type of $$. There are so many horses in holding, your special one or two, are coming for you. I'm also excited for your friend!
Yeah even $2k is a lot to spend when there are so many you could pick up for $125 dollars. I like color, but I would totally just get a bay or chestnut if I got a feeling about that particular horse. Build and mindset are way more important to me. We will find our mustangs in time!
I literally have the same dream to rescue, gentle & train Mustangs someday. It's always been a huge dream of mine, hopefully one day I can achieve it. I wish I lived nearby, I love how y'all train and treat your equines. Definitely one of my favorite channels to watch 🤍 Good luck on the property!
Buckskin has always been my favorite horse color. I had a buckskin gelding when I was in High School. Later on, I had three buckskin Paso Finos, one with blue eyes. I hope your friend has good luck with her new mare.
I saw that buckskin and really wanted to bid on her but wasn't able to register on time, she's stunning and looks like she has an amazing temperament as well as conformation!! congrats to your friend, hopefully i'm able to find a diamond in the rough like that mare again next time!
My wife and I adopted two yearlings from the Litchfield Ca facility, fortunately it’s close by. They are just now 5 and we started ponying them at 2, short easy rides at 4 and this year will be longer rides, trying to get the miles on them. I would encourage you to be patient and wait until you’re able to visit a facility in person to adopt. Ideally you would make an appointment to adopt and visit the day before to look and observe the horses to really get a feel for possible selections. I personally wouldn’t do an auction, there are literally thousands of horses you can get for 125 that are AIP eligible. Whoever paid 6k for an untouched horse really overpaid in my opinion. I mean a 9 year old mustang has a lot of miles on them. The Carson City prison program in Nevada has inmate trained horses usually 4-6years old, that go for 4-6k, the flashy ones are in that 6k range but at least they have a minimum of 90 days on them and are green broke, can be trimmed etc. I know Litchfield is a long ways from you but they have a ton of horses from Twin Peaks HMA right now and that’s a great HMA. If you ever want pics/videos from out there, just let me know.
Thank you! I would love to look in person, or at least go to a live event. From the 5 facilities I called all together there were only 70 horses available for adoption. More will be available in the spring so we will have to wait until then. I would love pics and videos! I will check out some info on the Twin Peaks HMA for sure ☺️ our email is in our profile info! Thank you!
I sent some video to your email, if they come the ok let me know and I’ll send the rest. There’s 945 horses available at Litchfield, and they are processing adoptions
Watching the video now. That grey filly was gorgeous! Same coloring as my grey gelding. He is from NWHR , he was black with a grey face when I got him from the 2020 Players Choice. He is now a dapple grey. Still watching the video can’t wait to see who you win.
Mustangs absolutely amazing animals I had 2 Buckskin Mustang Colt & Philly I absolutely love them I raised them up train them broke them for riding and then now my friend uses them for backpacking in the Trinity Alps and absolutely loves them I got my hat in the mail thank you very much I loved it
That’s awesome!! They are really cool horses and very versatile, I have always really like mustangs. Folks can be pretty divided on the situation, but the horses themselves are really awesome. Oh that is great! I am so glad you love it! Thank you for helping support our channel ☺️☺️
She is going to be a great horse. I hope my watching your video will show I watch the whole thing. But right at the end something put me on another page. I hope it shows. good luck

@@MTN_BUILT My wife and I started our life together at a early age horse shows after horse shows. she was great at barrel racing and won a lot of events. 53 years of marriage now I am now 73. She was 13 and I was 16 GOOD TIMES
The speckled pattern is crazy on those roans. It looks like they are greying but not actually grey. It reminds me of merle in dogs. Now I'm fascinated. It's like the white spot gene but black.
Omgosh this buckskin mustang looks just like my Drum horse, half Gypsy and half Shire! She's huge and lots of feather and mane, but same beautiful face!❤ good luck and have fun!
I loved the silver buckskin and Sheepshead are my favorite, his price was within my range but I just don't have space right now :( Very excited your friend found one!
I read somewhere, I believe it was in Temple Grandin's book about understanding animal behavior, that when a horse has a low whorl in their forehead, it will be calmer, more layed back personslity. A higher placed whorl reflects a more reactive, sensitive horse.
That was a great video when is the next auction I would imagine they have them all the time. you mentioned a kill pen what is that. It interesting to me how you can pick out pros and cons of these animals that some expertise. Looks like you're nearing 50k very good thanks kray
They have a few every year and I think the next one is in March ☺️ I will definitely be looking again 😅😅😅 At some horse auctions there will be a section of “loose horses” meaning they run through without being ridden and a lot of times those horses are bought up by meat buyers who ship them to Canada or Mexico. There can be really nice horses going through or ones that just need a little help, you can usually buy them fairly cheap since the meat buyers and buying them at a price per pound of body weight. That price fluctuates with the horse market. I really try to pick these videos apart but you can only judge them so much by a quick video like this, which makes it really tough! And thank you! We are pretty shocked ☺️ our goal is to eventually get to 100k and I can’t believe we are almost halfway! Thank you Kray ☺️
This is an awesome video- thanks! (I'm only 1/2 done tbh) ... growing up horse crazy too but in a metro area i only ever dreamed of looking at the mustangs ❤ It took me many years of spending time each year when i could by the feral herd on Cumberland Island - to understand more the complexities of American 'wild' horses... some did well in the tourist areas but the rest of the herd in more remote places (backwoods camp sites) were so much more thin/unhealthy and smaller in stature :( The island is not designed to support them in the natural ecosystem. Cant tell you how many horse bones i saw there among the dunes. So, I hated the idea of round-ups anywhere but I now understand its concept, even if I think it could be done better, maybe. I wish yall the best and will see if you can adopt one (and even even just a piece of heart for the rest of us ❤)
That’s sad about those horses, they really can over graze and cause themselves problems if not kept in check 😕 Thank you for watching!! Someday I’ll get my Mustang and I’ll be sure to bring you all along when I do!
Dang I don't have and fingernails left. Those are some really nice looking horses. Sorry you didn't win the bid, but like you said it just isn't time yet. Good luck next time! Thanks for the video!
So sorry you didn't get the palomino or another horse, but I say it just means that there is something even better out there waiting for you! I used to do a lot of eBay shopping, & they kind of have the same format, & this is what I did that seemed to help me win a lot: I's decide on my real, true maximum for the item (horse!) I wanted. I'd wait for someon else to start bidding, if they did, I'd make a skightly higher bid. If they responded, I'd just go completely silent, but keep watch. If I still wanted the item & it hadn't gone out of my range, I'd wait until about the last 10-15 SECONDS & slam my max bid in. What you've done is lulled the other bidder(s) into thinking you've quit, they stop being super-vogolant, & when you sneak in at the last minute, they don't even have time to type & confirm. In fact, I'd type my bid in about 5 minutes before but not submit it until those very last seconds. This does work best w/ only 1 other bidder but I've won w/ more than one. It's a waste to keep bidding during the whole time, all you do is drive the price up for yourself. It won't work of course, if the proxy bid is well about your max---but it worked a LOT for me! It was great fun watching you bid & I can't wait to see your friend's mare come home. Hope you get your dream mustang soon---or your dream ranch & a herd of wild furries!
@ I have seen some nice ones here in British Columbia. Depends where they are from though I have also just seen some not so nicely built ones too maybe because the grass is scarce and having long cold winters up north. I don’t think we have any sort of management for them like this they just are left or get rounded up and branded and some end up being bucking horses or the “bad place” I do know ppl that brand there “wild” horses on the reserves and they literally just take the colts out (usually colts) and can them which I find so pathetic. I do know ppl that have branded wildies because they were passed down from there ancestors and they often will put in a nice well bred stallion if one passes on. It’s more a tradition thing and they will catch some of the young ones and use them as riding horses and they are unbelievably well footed and smart (literally they are like a goat running down a mountain side it’s pretty neat!) They also have so much land to thrive on that it’s ok! Those ones I know get checked on a few times a year.
Yeah maybe... it really doesn't make sense to me. I would love to speak with a B L M employee and get some quetions answered. I know they have very large portions of property in OK and KS that they run a lot of horses on... maybe a lot get shipped that way???
@MTN_BUILT When we lived in Utah, a neighbor of ours, Gus Warr, was over the mustang program in that state. Maybe try to reach out to him. He lives in Erda, Utah. He may have some answers. It certainly doesn't seem very efficient to round up so many horses, then hold them for years before allowing any opportunity to adopt them. We used to ride in the canyons in Herriman, Utah, where they used to house them. They moved them all to another facility though, I believe.
This was weird watching the same horse as ive been watching the clever cowgirl following go for that large amount ..i wasnt sure at first ..the one your friend got is beautiful
Glad your friend got the mare she wanted. She is a cutie. I will say that I personally don’t choose super chunky because I’m afraid of metabolic issues. My grey gelding was pretty scrawny when i got him. In fact I almost didn’t buy him because I didn’t think he was big enough. He grew 2 inches taller and is now 14.3 and a chunk. Drafty legs. I work hard keeping him in shape. I have a mare from little owyhee HMA and she is 15.3 but a leaner build and just turned 5 per blm documentation. She has drafty legs with thoroughbred type body style but I’m sure she will chunk out with age. I’m 5’ 10” and I’ll say that I really do enjoy riding my mare with her additional height it’s been a huge change for me after years of riding my 14.3 gelding. Haha
Mustangs are great horses friends use them in our local rodeos. Even have a few of them barrel racing great ranch horses also ours come from Wyoming.🐴🐂🤠
I know exactly what sorrel you were talking about who went for 5k! I was obsessed with her, but she was way out of my budget lol. There weren’t that many horses on that ia, so that probably had something to do with it, plus she was super well built, large, and pretty!
I still think about her all the time! She was out of my price range too and at the time I definitely wasn’t set up for a mustang 😩 but she really was a well built, beautiful girl… I wonder how she is doing…
@MTN_BUILT I don't think I have ever seen a Buckskin so beautifully marked. Her muzzle being so Black is rare. I don't think I have seen such a beautiful Face.
Clever Cowgirl showed this horse on her auction experiences vid and I got your vid recommended by yt. Oh I know that horse! Nice channel btw ❤ new sub to help you as well with getting your mustang 😉
@@Deslynhockeydream you do get to see them in person and can decline. But these horses are wild and almost completely untouched so you can’t tell much when they are in the pens with the others. We didn’t win, he ended up going for way too much. We will keep looking!
You need to learn to employ your eBay type bidding strategy. With almost a week left in time for bidding you need to look at your absolute highest amount and put it in at the very last second

I hope you get that boy! He’s beautiful! I saw him on another channel and hoped that someone I watch on TH-cam would get him!👍❤
We have a massive brown gelding from the Northern Nevada Correctional Facility auction. Those guys do an excellent job training the wild horses ready to finish to your satisfaction. He is the second horse my family have bought from their auction. We did his DNA test, which came back Holsteiner. You can get anything that you want in a mustang if you follow the auctions.
He sounds awesome Holsteiner that’s cool!!
Your love for mules is contagious. I just subscribed and watch most of your videos, as a thank you for your content, and to help you a tiny bit with your YT
Thank you so much!! Every little bit helps! We sure love our long eared family ☺️☺️❤️
I’m so glad I found this video I followed the online auction from the uk. Nice to see
Wow 😍 Thanks for taking us along the journey with you!
Thanks for coming along!! It will happen in time ❤️❤️❤️
Congratulations! I have 2 mustangs. Starting them this spring. I was surprised how quickly they came along. ❤❤❤
Btw one is from salt wells creek and the other is piceance East Douglas creek. 😊
That’s awesome!! It seems like a lot of them really do come around pretty quickly! Congrats and good job! ☺️☺️
Good things come to those who wait. You have been waiting since you were a youngster, what’s a little bit longer. Good luck with your next attempt, I’ll be following closely.
Haha exactly! When it’s meant to be it will happen! ☺️❤️
OMG!! That was pretty exciting and I can't believe how good those mustangs look...
Exciting stuff!!!
🇺🇸🇺🇸🐴🐴👍🏻👍🏻
There were some really well built mustangs on this one 😍❤️
I will try Raul! I called Jennifer but she has yet to return my call. I have Raul’s email though and I’ll reach out to him. I haven’t spoken to them about Boise yet, just because I haven’t gotten a hold of anyone. I’m curious to find out if they have any available ☺️👍🏼
Great video and thank you for sharing the anticipation that goes with most any auction. I really like the confirmation and color on that buckskin mare. Tell your friend congratulations on the purchase of her new mare! How many hands did you say she is?
I will definitely tell her congrats for you! ☺ She is 14.3 hh. I am really excited to see her in person!
@ I can see why you’re excited to see her in person. I bet she’ll be even prettier in person and hopefully you’ll get a video of the trip.
I ended up getting the gray mare :)
You did!?!? Oh that’s awesome! Congrats! She was one of my absolute favorites! She’s going to be such a nice horse! Our email is on our profile I would love it if you ever want to send an update about your journey with her ☺️ have fun! She’s going to be cool! ❤️❤️❤️
@@MTN_BUILTI will for sure keep you posted on our journey! I train horses for a living but this is my first Mustang. I’m looking forward to picking her up :)
@ that’s exciting!! Please do! I would love that 😊
I watched this auction, it was so fun.
That cute black filly was sweet. (When you were a child).
She was! Notice there weren’t any of the others that hung around, just her lol ❤️
This has been the most fun video..... thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much for watching!! I am so glad you enjoyed it ☺️
I literally have the same dream to rescue, gentle & train Mustangs someday. It's always been a huge dream of mine, hopefully one day I can achieve it. I wish I lived nearby, I love how y'all train and treat your equines. Definitely one of my favorite channels to watch 🤍 Good luck on the property!
Thank you so much!! I have no doubt if you keep after it you will be able to one day ☺️
Congratulations to your friend. I hope you get your dream horse one day!
Thank you!! It will happen when it’s meant to be ☺️❤️
Buckskin has always been my favorite horse color. I had a buckskin gelding when I was in High School. Later on, I had three buckskin Paso Finos, one with blue eyes. I hope your friend has good luck with her new mare.
Thank you!! She sure seems like a good one!
I have a mustang that we adopted a mustang he was 7 mos old he now 22 and he has been a joy in our live they are the best horse you can have
That’s awesome!! They are really neat horses ☺️☺️
Great show, even had me dreaming about all those diamonds in the rough just waiting for discovery..
There has to be some amazing ones out there somewhere 😍😍😍
I saw that buckskin and really wanted to bid on her but wasn't able to register on time, she's stunning and looks like she has an amazing temperament as well as conformation!! congrats to your friend, hopefully i'm able to find a diamond in the rough like that mare again next time!
Thank you! I am sure you will! There are lots of super nice mustangs out there!
Well that was a pretty cool process 😊 better luck next time!👍🏽
Thank you!!! ☺️ it will happen when it’s meant to be ❤️
The buckskin is so gorgeous!
She is! 😍😍
Thank you!
Also, sounds like you’ve got a couple nice mustangs and that’s so fun that they are finally old enough to really do some riding!
That grey girl is really pretty, I just had a good feeling about her! ❤️
Grey Filly looks like Smoky The Cowhorse by Will James
@ one of my favorite books! 🥰
We looked at this guy! Good luck with him!
Very cool! I didn’t end up with him, he went for too much which I guessed he would lol
Wow, I don't know much about mustangs, but they look impressive. They are more valuable than I thought. Great tutorial, Alyssa.
They can be pretty amazing! It is crazy how much they go for! ☺️ thank you!!
Your connection with a mustang is like no other!! You will love it! A 9 year old scares me though. Why is he still there?
I can imagine!! ❤️ I am not sure but I was wondering the same!
The capture date is usually listed or where they are born. Not sure why captured horses aren't adopted but some will not gentle easily though
I hope it shows. good luck
Haha well I appreciate it! Even if you were bumped off of it early! I think she is going to be a really awesome mare and I can’t wait to see how she comes around! My friend will do an amazing job ☺️❤️ thank you for watching!!

@@Lakemichigangirl I figured he would be the top seller, but I was hoping just maybe he wouldn’t go over $2000 it was wishful thinking lol
That was a fun video. I about fell off my chair when you typed in $7,000.

@@MTN_BUILT my heart stopped for a couple of seconds 😜🙃
Man that gelding is my dream too! If you find where he went I would love to follow them.
Same! I will share if I ever find out ☺️
The speckled pattern is crazy on those roans. It looks like they are greying but not actually grey. It reminds me of merle in dogs. Now I'm fascinated. It's like the white spot gene but black.
aren’t they pretty! ❤️❤️
Omgosh this buckskin mustang looks just like my Drum horse, half Gypsy and half Shire! She's huge and lots of feather and mane, but same beautiful face!❤ good luck and have fun!

Watching again
Thank you! ☺️
Loved every second of it…
Thank you
Thank you!! So glad you enjoyed it ☺️☺️ I almost didn’t post this one, but I’m so glad I did!
The white star shows the horses personality. The swirl is the first cell to divide.
Whorls....
I read somewhere, I believe it was in Temple Grandin's book about understanding animal behavior, that when a horse has a low whorl in their forehead, it will be calmer, more layed back personslity. A higher placed whorl reflects a more reactive, sensitive horse.
@@tdm2298 You are right,, and a double whorl denotes a horse with dual personality,,, introvert/extrovert,,, my mare to s tee 😂👍
That was a great video when is the next auction I would imagine they have them all the time. you mentioned a kill pen what is that. It interesting to me how you can pick out pros and cons of these animals that some expertise. Looks like you're nearing 50k very good thanks kray
They have a few every year and I think the next one is in March ☺️ I will definitely be looking again 😅😅😅
At some horse auctions there will be a section of “loose horses” meaning they run through without being ridden and a lot of times those horses are bought up by meat buyers who ship them to Canada or Mexico.
I wanted that roan filly so bad she was so cute!
She was!!! 😍😍😍 sorry you didn’t get her 😕
This is an awesome video- thanks! (I'm only 1/2 done tbh)
... growing up horse crazy too but in a metro area i only ever dreamed of looking at the mustangs ❤
It took me many years of spending time each year when i could by the feral herd on Cumberland Island - to understand more the complexities of American 'wild' horses... some did well in the tourist areas but the rest of the herd in more remote places (backwoods camp sites) were so much more thin/unhealthy and smaller in stature :( The island is not designed to support them in the natural ecosystem. Cant tell you how many horse bones i saw there among the dunes. So, I hated the idea of round-ups anywhere but I now understand its concept, even if I think it could be done better, maybe. I wish yall the best and will see if you can adopt one (and even even just a piece of heart for the rest of us ❤)
That’s sad about those horses, they really can over graze and cause themselves problems if not kept in check 😕
Thank you for watching!! Someday I’ll get my Mustang and I’ll be sure to bring you all along when I do!
Dang I don't have and fingernails left. Those are some really nice looking horses. Sorry you didn't win the bid, but like you said it just isn't time yet. Good luck next time! Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much!! I am so glad my friend got that mare!! ☺️❤️ I really appreciate it!
I can’t wait until I find one! I am super excited to meet my friends mare!! ☺️☺️

I really enjoyed watching this video. Subscribed. ❤❤❤
That’s great to hear, so glad you enjoyed it ☺️ and thank you so much for subscribing! ❤️
Wow these horses are actually soo nice!!
They really are! There are a lot of well built, big and sound minded mustangs out there ☺️
@ I have seen some nice ones here in British Columbia.
You had me going there for a quick second on that good looking palimino!
Oh man, lol I couldn’t resist 😬😂 I will hopefully find one at a facility for $125 lol
5:30 is so confusing for me too. A theory I have is the facilities get a lot of money for holding these horses.
She's stunning. Congrats to your friend.
Thank you!! I can’t wait to see her in person 😍
Have you ever checked out The Farm on Route 66 ? He does a lot of horse rescues from the reservations and has beautiful animals.
I haven’t! We will have to check his channel out ☺️👍🏼
Love the palomino dapple, also the flaxen strawberry roan sabino is pretty,
😴🥱😴🥱😴🥱
This was weird watching the same horse as ive been watching the clever cowgirl following go for that large amount ..i wasnt sure at first ..the one your friend got is beautiful
Yeah he was spendy, I figured he would be top seller. I wasn’t wrong 😳
Thank you! I am pumped to go with her and pick her up!!
Haha
Haha yeah being taller, it’s sure nice to have one in that 15.1+ 😂👍🏼 they both sound awesome!! I am so excited to get one someday! ☺️❤️
Sorry you couldn't get that palamino gelding. He was beautiful. Kinda reminds me of those mustang millionaire competitions
5:23 that buckskin paint looks like my irl horse ! Aww

Douglas wyo has the state fair during August. Alot of times, there will be a pen of yearlings for adoption. Ive seen some nice colts there!
That’s awesome! ☺️👍🏼 thanks for the info!
Sooooo interesting!
Thanks for watching! ☺️

That’s really true! 😊
Thankyou for putting this up as a video. You and Jason will get your Mustangs, I'm sure of that. I'd agree with you about that one not being a dun but if someone knows why they called it so, plz enlighten us. Great video Alyssa..again.

Hello! I havent been able to find much information on a mules diet. Are they pasture feeders? Or do they require specific feed like horses?
We feed them just like horses, we adjust their hay and if they get any grain depending on the individual and the time of year 🙂
I have a mustang of my own (he's in my pfp) i also train them their beautiful animals. I was hoping to bid on some horses but unfortunately we ran out of space on our property. i won't have room till april so i'm going up to burnes to pick one out.
That’s awesome! I’m excited to see what they have available in burns
