FL Studio has both options. Every sampler channel has its own in-built delay and/or you can send it to a mixer. I don't remember what I do here, but most of the time I would just send to the mixer.

Hey Louigi! Since I'm not working with FL, Did you directly put delay on Tom channel? or send it to a delay buss? Sorry I'm on Ableton.
